本文以田口方法進行對於物料屬性參數的實驗規劃,觀察恢復係數、靜止摩擦係數、滾動摩擦係數變化下對於混合式發酵攪拌機混合效果的影響。模擬分析使用Solidworks軟體對NCB23-400、8000L混合式發酵攪拌機進行建模,運用EDEM軟體對物料屬性參數進行設置,分析混合式發酵攪拌機在混合攪拌的過程中混合均勻度的變化。實驗結果顯示單軸攪拌機與雙軸攪拌機在不同物料屬性參數的設置下,當物料與物料之間的靜止摩擦係數及滾動摩擦係數提高時,混合攪拌的均勻度明顯下降,雙軸發酵攪拌機混合均勻度的起伏變化比單軸發酵攪拌機變化更加穩定。
In this paper,taguchi method for material properties parameters conduct planning experiments,observed coefficient of restitution, coefficient of static friction,coefficient of rolling friction, effect of mixed fermentation mixer mixing efficiency.Simulation analysis use Solidworks software for NCB23-400,8000 l fermentation mixer carry on modeling,EDEM software using the material property parameters set, analyze mixed fermentation mixer mixing uniformity in the mixing process of change.This study show uniaxial and biaxial mixer in different Material properties parameter settings,when between the material and material coefficient static friction and coefficient rolling friction is increase,biaxial fermentation mixer agitation uniformity the heaving changes is more stable than uniaxial fermentation mixer.
