摘要

本文研究靜壓止推軸承之圓形工作台動態特性，使用定量泵流量補償。目的是為了探討如何使用分析計算在不同的流量補償並且於工作台施加簡諧之激振力，根據分析結果加以比較各參數的影響以及工作台之動態特性。應用雷諾方程式推導壓力分佈，進一步建立流量方程式，由流量平衡將其聯立求解後，得到工作台壓力，將求出的壓力無因次化後代入作用力方程式，分別得到工作台之作用力，再將其分別代入工作台無因次動態方程式，並且聯立求解，得到靜壓軸承工作台之動態反應。

This paper studies the hydrostatic thrust bearings dynamic characteristics of the circular worktable, using a constant-flow pump flow compensation. The purpose is to explore how to use analysis and calculation worktable in different flow compensation and harmonic force, to compare the dynamic characteristics and parameters affect the results of the worktable. Based on Reynolds equation to derived pressure distribution further establish the flow equation, solve these couple equations, which are solved for dimensionless recess region pressures on worktable. The solutions of these coupled equations provide the static and dynamic amplitudes of worktable.
