本研究鑑於研究與實務發展之需要,結合精實生產系統與供應鏈管理,進而提出一「精實供應鏈改善系統」(Lean Supply Chain Improvement System),提供以精實生產方式或供應鏈管理之改善專案於進行執行可參考及運用之依據。其模式包含五大階段十三步驟,其中五大階段為審視階段(Survey Phase)、構思階段(Meditate Phase)、浮現階段(Appear phase)、改善階段(Reform Phase)、追蹤階段(Track Phase),亦稱為「SMART系統」 (SMART System)。最終「精實供應鏈改善系統」以運用模擬軟體輔助模擬及協同生產型態之紙類加工業(Paper Processing Industry)個案為驗證個案。
This research proposes an integration system of lean production system and supply chain management based on the research gap and the practical needs of LPS or SCM improvement practices while planning or executing them. The system named “Lean Supply Chain Improvement System” which contains five phases and thirty steps. The five steps are: Smart, Meditate, Appear, Reform, and Track. It also named “SMART System.” The “Lean Supply Chain Improvement System” is verified by a case of paper processing industry of collaborative production type and simulated by a support software.
