本研究運用「精實生產方式」的運作概念與精神以及「流線化生產」的方法與工具,建構「精實流線化生產模式」,並將此建構模式運用在面板模組製程。精實流線化生產模式包含五個步驟,分別為確定價值、分析、消除浪費、流線化生產流程、完善,藉此模式以達成精實流線化生產。此生產模式經某面板模組廠進行模擬分析並確認效果,成效為總前置時間減少91.14%,在製品存貨減少100%,使用空間減少40.38%,傳輸時間減少66.67%,產出時間減少87.32%,藉此分析結果可證明此生產模式有助於生產效率之提升。故「精實流線化生產模式」將可作為面板模組廠新建廠之參考,此模式將協助企業提升品質、降低成本,以獲取最大的利潤。
The research proposes the construction model of “Lean Streamline Production” for module process in TFT-LCD industry. This roadmap comprises the five steps, including identify value, analysis, eliminating waste, streamline production, perfect, in order to achieve lean streamline production. The model has been verified in a TFT-LCD factory by means of simulation analysis, and has been confirmed the results. It reduced the total lead time by 91.14%, reduced the inline inventory by 100%, reduced the production space by 40.38%, reduced the transportation time within factory by 66.67%, and reduced the product cycle time by 87.32%. Through these results, it was verified that this production model helps to enhance the effectiveness of production operations. The “Lean Streamline Production Model” can be an alternative for TFT-LCD module industry to build a new factory, and the production model will assist the enterprise to improve production quality, reduce cost and increase profit.
