當今進步型核電廠的各項運轉作業,運轉人員均是直接透過先進的電腦介面來進行作業的執行與狀態的監視,也由於是以先進的電腦介面來取代傳統的核電介面,因此與以往的核電介面相較之下,所具有的自動化程度也就相對提高,而自動化設置的目的之一,便是希望藉由運轉人員於操控中便利性的提升,來增進人員於作業中績效的表現。然而程度越高的自動化雖然可以為運轉人員在執行作業時帶來更多的便利,但其自動化程度之設置若對人員心智負荷的影響並未控制在適當的範圍之內時,不僅不利其績效表現的提升,反倒容易造成人為疏失甚至重大災害的發生。 目前進步型核電廠其人機介面自動化程度的提升僅止於反應器啟(停)爐之半自動操控、以及異常警報自動重置的機制,但其自動化之設置仍尚在繼續進行當中,本研究將分別就停爐作業之半自動操控、以及異常警報自動重置之機制,針對以上之議題來作初步的探討,作為核四廠的各項運轉作業其人機介面自動化程度之設計與改善上,未來進一步研究之參考。本研究的進行主要可分為兩個部份,一為研究進步型核電廠之人機介面其自動化程度的提升,對於運轉人員心智負荷的影響是否較能控制在適當的範圍之內,提昇人員於作業中績效的表現;另一則為找出造成運轉人員的心智負荷與作業績效於不同自動化程度的操控模式產生差異與否之主要原因。
Today, the operators use the advanced computer interface directly to execute the task and to monitor system status in the work in advanced nuclear power plant (NPP). Due to the advanced computer interface displaced the traditional NPP interface, the degree of automation in advanced NPP is higher than the traditional NPP interface, and one of the purpose of automation is to make it more convenient for the operators in the work, to promote the operators’ performance. Although the higher degree of automation can make it more and more convenient for the operators in the work, but if the influence on the operators' mental workload for the installation of the automation degree is not in the appropriate bound, the installation of the automation did not only promote the operators’ performance, but also make the occurrence of human error or the huge disaster. The promotion in the advanced NPP human system interface (HSI) automation degree is only with the semi-auto operation in reactor startup (shutdown) and the auto reset mechanism in alarm reset model at present. This study is to research initiatively the issue upward, will be aimed individually at the semi-auto operation in reactor shutdown and the auto reset mechanism in alarm reset model, to be a reference with the further study in the design and improvement for the Fourth NPP HSI automation degree in the future. The proceeding in this study can be divided into two parts, one part is to research whether the influence on the operators' mental workload for the promotion of the advanced NPP HSI automation degree is in the appropriate bound to promote the operators’ performance, another part is to find the major cause that make the operators’ mental workload and performance different or not in the every automation degree operation.
