中小企業之品質管理實務在越南應用之實證研究

摘要


本研究的主要目的是在了解越南的中小企業實施品質管理實務之情況。我們首先建 立了五階段:產品品質、流程品質、系統品質、全面品質及經營品質之品質運作實務之 系統。然後使用問卷調查的方式來進行了解在五個階段之品質管理實務之重要度與實施 程度,並點出執行品質管理的五個階段之品管運作實務之比較。此研究取得了 105 家越 南中小企業的有效問卷,並利用統計分析工具 SPSS 來進行描述統計之分析,如信度效 度分析、比例分析、差異分析等等。從分析結果中可看出不同階段之品質實務之重要度 與實施程度上均有很大差異。藉由運作實務之重要性與實施程度之比較,可找出改善之 處。最後,此研究之成果可提供給開發中國家做為有價值的參考。

The objective of this research is to identify the important quality practices which can be adopted in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam, and investigate the implementation level of these practices for Vietnam SMEs. Using a questionnaire survey instrument, data was collected in SMEs in Vietnam represents the results of quality management practices and the understanding of the role of quality activities in this country. This study specifically investigates the impact of five aspects of quality practices: product quality, process quality, system quality, total quality and business quality that seem likely to determine whether the companies choose structures rather than another. A sample of 105 Vietnam SMEs was surveyed regarding their practices on these quality aspects and the statistical analyses were conducted using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to calculate descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation and comparison. The research has provided to develop a measurement system of quality strategy practices and which can be provided as a valuable guideline for the developing countries.
