估計MTS/MTO混線組裝式庫存生產系統需求回應時間之研究

摘要


隨著科技的進步與微利時代的到來,組裝製造業者多以降低價格以維持競爭力,在降低價格的影響下,製造業者將面對到另一個很重要的課題,即是如何達成有效率的經濟化的生產,一般組裝業者都是一步一步的生產零組件,最後才將其組裝而成,這不是一個有效率的生產模式,所以我們可以同時生產每個零組件以節省生產時間,為了可以同時生產每個零組件,組裝業者就必須重新模組化他們的生產系統。   本研究先提出一個Make-to-order (MTO)結構的組裝式生產系統,為了不讓顧客花很多時間在等待,我們將在尾端工作站加入庫存區,並且用基本庫存策略進行控制,最後加入MTS結構到此生產系統中,變成了MTS/MTO的組裝式混線生產系統,此生產系統可以接收兩種訂單,分別為不願意等待的顧客及願意等待的顧客,而這兩種訂單皆以標準產品來滿足。對MTS組裝式結構來說,如何增加顧客的服務水準為一重要指標,意指滿足比率 (Fill Rate);對MTO結構來說,如何提高顧客滿意度,意指縮短需求回應時間 (Response Time)為一重要性課題。   本研究的績效指標為一般需求滿足率 (Fill rate)與特殊需求回應時間 (On-Time-Delivery-Rate)來衡量,在限制的服務水準限制下,利用其績效指標求解最佳的庫存量。

With a progress of science and technology and micro profit age coming, manufacturers often maintain competitive capabilities by product price strategies. Because of the side effects of the pricing strategies, manufacturers have to deploy an effcient and economized production. Some assembly manufacturing produces the components step by step. After the coponents finished, they assemble all of the components. Now, we consider a assembly manufacturing which produces the components at the same time that can save a lot of time in production system. A majority of manufacture industries tend to make production more efficient and more economical by using science and technology. In the opposite, if manufacturers fail in effective production, they will lose their competitive capabilities. Therefore, manufacturers must renew their modules of production system. Firstly, we consider a MTO fork-join production system. In order to reduce the waiting time of customers, we add inventory in the end by using base-stock control policy. To extend the system, we consider a MTS/MTO fork-join hybrid production system that can receive two types of demands, no wait demnads and wait demands, and both of two types of demands satisfied by standard products. For MTS assembled structure, how to increase service level for no wait demands becomes one significant index, which refers to effective arrival rate herein; For MTO structure, how to increase customer satisfaction becomes one important topic for study, which refers to shortening demand response time herein. This study plans to approximate original model by using alternative model, compares errors between the performance indices including effective arrival rate and On-Time-Delivery-Rate (OTDR), proving the feasibility of approximation method proposed by us. By using the performance indices, we can find the optimal base-stock level under the requirement service level.
