以網絡治理觀點探討供應網絡整合-以L畜產公司為例

Exploring the Impact of Supply Network Integration from the Perspective of Network Governance: A Case Study of L Livestock Company

摘要


由於產業與市場變化快速,企業的競爭優勢必須視整體供應網絡而定,供應網絡的整合已經成為集團對集團之間的競爭,而供應網絡整合機制正是維持整體網絡競爭優勢的關鍵。如何在供應網絡整合過程中,針對供應網絡成員充分發揮整合能力以達成供應網絡價值最大化,此為本研究之核心。本研究採質性研究方法,以有色肉雞產業L畜產公司為研究對象,並探討其供應網絡整合。研究結果發現(1)整合者透過不斷地篩選具配合度與合作默契之供應網絡成員,包括一般成員、專家成員以及自營成員,以達成供應網絡生產效率以及調節的策略目標。顯示整合者越能夠選擇有合作默契的成員則越能整合供應網絡。(2)整合者越能夠充分發揮供應網絡成員如優質小戶、專家師傅、二代青農等等之專長特色或優勢,則越能創造合作績效整合供應網絡。(3)整合者必須持續進化專業能力,提升合作經濟效益與提供知識資訊的互動流通,得以帶動供應網絡共同進步成長。顯示身為整合者越具備專業能力則越能整合供應網絡。(4)整合者長期建立企業文化價值觀,透過與供應網絡成員之合作過程,培養信念相符以及目標一致的共同文化,讓供應網絡中的協調與管理更具共識。顯示共識與文化建立程度越高越能整合供應網絡。

Due to the rapid changes in the industry and the market, the competitive advantage of an enterprise must be determined by the overall supply network. The integration of the supply network has become a competition between groups, and the supply network integration mechanism is the key to maintaining the overall network competitive advantage. In the process of supply network integration, how to give full play to the integration capabilities of supply network members to maximize the value of the supply network is the core of this research. In this study, the qualitative research method, taking L livestock production company in the non-ferrous broiler industry as the research object, and discussing the integration of its supply network. Four findings of this study are shown. Firstly, the integrator can achieve the strategic goal of production efficiency and adjustment of the supply network by continuously screening supply network members with cooperation and tacit understanding, including ordinary members, expert members and self-operated members. It shows that the more the integrators can choose the members with tacit cooperation, the more they can integrate the supply network. Secondly, the integrator can give full play to the specialties or advantages of supply network members such as high-quality small households, expert masters, second-generation young farmers, etc., and the more they can create cooperative performance to integrate the supply network. Thirdly, the integrator must continue to evolve professional capabilities, enhance the economic benefits of cooperation and provide interactive circulation of knowledge and information, so as to drive the common progress and growth of the supply network. It shows that the more professional ability you have as an integrator, the more you can integrate the supply network. Finally, the integrator has established corporate cultural values for a long time, and through the process of cooperation with supply network members, cultivates a common culture with consistent beliefs and consistent goals, and makes coordination and management in the supply network more consensus. It shows that the higher the degree of consensus and culture establishment, the more able to integrate the supply network.
