應用模擬可靠度於起重機裝卸載問題之研究

Application of simulation reliability on the quay crane scheduling problem

摘要


可靠度理論於1960年以後蓬勃的發展,普遍應用於各個領域,系統可靠度更是解決了許多複雜系統的可靠度問題,但是回顧過去有關系統可靠度文獻時,發現有二個地方值得關注: 1.系統可靠度經常受限於基本假設之定義與複雜的數學函數計算,跟現實狀況略有差異。2.運用模擬程式進行預測時,模擬程式裡無法直接計算出可靠度,造成必須多花時間跟精力在轉換模擬結果於可靠度的計算之上,或是模擬軟體與計算可靠度軟體之間並不支援,進而增加了成本。針對以上二點,本篇將以台灣基隆港起重機的實際數據為例並考慮起重機的停工時間,利用Awesim模擬軟體配合Microsoft Visual Studio C++,發展出一套嵌入式的模擬配合可靠度的基本定義來簡化模擬港口起重機裝卸載可靠度的問題,並設定一項對照組、三項情境組與馬可夫鏈軟體Windchill相比較。

The reliability theories have been prompt developed since the 1960s, which are widely applied in various fields. ‘System reliability’ is one branch of important reliability studies which is especially for complex systems. From lots of remarkable researches in the past, we found the traditional system reliability studies might be lack of some considerations so that which can be further improved; firstly, The previous studies seldom consider actual suspended situations, for examples, fixing time, maintenance time or waiting time of a system. Secondly, due to mathematical difficulties for a complex system, some unrealistic assumptions have to be applied for the analyzed processes, which the analyzed results might be deviated from the real situation. Thirdly, while some real systems cannot be modeled as simple systems, the reliability cannot be well estimated for those systems. Although lots of simulation software can model the real systems more accurate, the reliability software is badly compatible with the simulation software. Therefore, it takes time to estimate reliability for some complex systems by reliability software. Motivated by the three observations, this study develops a new method to estimate system reliability by simulation software, i.e. AweSim. Also, the new method is verified and validated by the real data of the container in Keelung Harbor, Taiwan. The results showed that the reliability of a complex system, namely, a container terminal with one vessel and some quay cranes, can be well estimated by the new approach.
