居家空間智慧化設計研究

A Design Study of Smart Residence

摘要


國內近年房市熱絡之下,有建設公司以「智慧居家」做為購屋之誘因,並且受到消費者的關注。對於室內設計師而言,將面對室內居住空間與智慧居家系統之結合,需要瞭解其相關設備與架構,並且協助使用者釐清智慧居家需求,將成為室內設計師的一個新挑戰。 因此,本研究蒐集智慧居家的相關設備及應用理論,其次,執行兩個不同建築類型的智慧居家實際設計案例,檢視其應用範圍與限制。接下來,將依據功能與用途彙整已蒐集的相關設備資料編列成設備列表,並提供消費者在選擇階段做為參考。最後,在規劃設計階段,以訪談方式瞭解使用者需求及填寫設備需求列表,並經過需求分析之後,提出符合使用者之方案。 研究結果得知:(1)若要跨系統整合目前智慧居家系統,還是會受到諸多限制,以及目前結合大數據之應用尚未普及化,所以依然有許多智慧居家系統無法紀錄使用者生活習慣,與多種偵測器結合讓系統更為人性化,(2)在智慧居家設計完成後,瞭解目前國內智慧居家建置,比較重視多媒體管理、燈光與環境控制管理,並且最常透過已安裝控制管理App的智慧型手機,或是平板電腦來監控智慧居家,(3)智慧居家系統可以整合各式系統設備,例如燈光系統、空調系統、多媒體系統等,運用不同功能之偵測器,可以掌握環境即時的變化,提供系統做為控制之依據。在使用者操作方式,透過單一操作介面之方式,則可以讓使用者免於繁複的操作程序,以及學習多種系統設備的操作方法,以縮短使用者適應新系統設備的時間,落實智慧居家之舒適與便利生活。

Over the recent years, with a heated and competitive real estate market, some developers would try their best to lure buyers with a smart home concept, which has gained the attention of consumers. Interior designers will be facing the task of integrating the interior living area with smart home systems. Thus, interior designers will be facing several new challenges, such as the need to understand equipment and structure related to this technology, assisting the users in clarifying their smart home requirement, etc. Therefore, this research first focused on collecting material regarding smart home equipment and application theory. Then, this study set out to implement two different residential smart home design projects and observed and analyzed their application range and limitations. As a next step, the research sorted the previously collected material on related equipment and compiled it into equipment overview charts based on function, purpose etc. which can serve consumers as a reference material when making their selections. Finally, in the design planning stage, the survey interviewed groups of users to understand their needs and asked them to fill in equipment requirement forms. Moreover, after analyzing this user requirement-related information, the study provided the users with corresponding layout and equipment plans. This research production the following major conclusions: (1) If one would like to integrate the many, as yet not standardized smart home systems, one still faces various obstacles and, as of now, the use of big data integration is not very common yet. Hence, many smart home systems are still not able to record the habits of daily life of the users. The integration of various types of sensor devices would allow the systems to perform in a much more human-like way. (2) After completing the two above-mentioned smart home projects, analyzing user requirements and gaining understanding of the current domestic smart home installations, the study was able to identify major user preferences and trends, such as a focus on multi-media control, control of lighting and management of the interior environment, use of mostly already installed smartphone or tablet PC apps to manage and control smart homes. (3) Smart home systems allow us to integrate various types of system equipment, such as lighting systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air-condition) systems, multi-media systems etc. Applying sensor devices of various functionality will enable us to capture changes in the environment in real-time, hence providing systems that become a basis for operation control. Allowing users to perform control via a single operation interface will spare them the inconveniences of overly complex operation procedures, letting them easily learn the operation of various kinds of systems, thus considerably shortening the time needed to grow familiar with new systems and equipment. All this will allow for the realization of comfort and convenience for life in smart homes.
