仙草精油成分與抑制人類肝癌細胞之研究

摘要


摘要 仙草(Mesona procumbens Hemsel)為台灣特有之高經濟作物,具有清涼降血、利尿及治療糖尿病等症,自古視為藥用作物。植物所含具有芳香氣味的揮發性成分為「精油」(essential oils),也稱為揮發油(volatile oils),植物經乾燥存放其揮發性成分易損失,本研究之目的為利用蒸氣蒸餾法(steam distillation)探討經曬乾儲藏後仙草之精油提取條件與應用GC-MS進行成分研究,並比較新鮮仙草與乾燥仙草所含精油之成分差異。分析結果發現仙草精油以倍半萜類成分為主。依據Hep3B及HepG2人類肝癌細胞抑制生長活性引導分離純化,追蹤結果得知仙草精油之成分α-bisabolol具有抑制人類肝癌細胞生長之效果。

Abstract Mesona procumbens (Hsian-tsao仙草) has been a popular herb used for food and folk medicine in Taiwan. The alkali extract of hsian-tsao herb forms starch jelly, which is a popular dessert in the summer time. The volatility compositions with fragrant smell that the plant includes are essential oils, called the volatile oils too, the plant is preserved its volatility composition by the dryness and exchanged losses. The purpose of this research was not only the essential oils composition of Mesona procumbens were analyzed using GC-MS , but also their compositions between fresh and dried materials were compared. We found the major constituents of essential oils from Mesona procumbens were esequiterpenes, compositionα-bisabolol have cytotoxic effect toward Hep3B and HepG2 liver cancer cell.
