液環式真空幫浦選用技術研究

摘要


“真空幫浦與真空系統工程”基本上含括基礎理論與其應用之工程科技; 欲對此工程科技有所專精除了一些基礎學理如:物理、化學、熱力與熱傳學、 流力與流體機械、一般機械工程學、材料力學、機械元件與設計、化工機械(含 壓力容器等)、管路工程、機電儀控、製冷工程等必頇具有一定之基礎與認知, 概“真空幫浦與真空系統工程”係一綜合工程學門。而在應用上則對一“真空系 統”之“真空度”及怎樣的“真空系統”可以符合所欲達到的“真空環境”(即該應 用需求之“真空度”;此與應用標的有關,如食品工業、化工製程等),再藉此 所頇佈置之“真空系統”而擴及其所涉及之“系統工程”及“系統操作與控制”(即 “機電儀控工程”)。 除了基礎理論與其應用之工程科技知識外,尚頇對應用標的相關周邊知 識具一定之基礎,如食物或食品凍結乾燥製程者,“真空度”高低與乾燥速度(水 分)之關係,食物或食品鮮度、原味保存應注意事項,甚至食安問題(系統密封 或環境汙染,畢竟處於“真空狀態”者是一負壓系統,它如製藥、隔離病房等 負壓(局部“低真空狀態”)系統等。因此,就近代精度(微)工程技術而言,“真空 幫浦與真空系統”相關之最佳化工程、數值模擬工程亦為必頇具備之基礎工 具。

Vacuum pump and vacuum systems engineering basically included basic theory, engineering science and technology, and their applications. For this project, the technology has expertise in addition to some theoretical basis such as: physics, chemistry, thermodynamic and heat transfer science, fluid mechanics and fluid flow machinery, general mechanical engineering, materials, mechanical components and design, chemical machinery (including pressure vessels design, etc.), piping engineering, electromechanical control, refrigeration engineering, etc. Which must be had a certain degree of the foundation and cognition, because the vacuum pump and vacuum systems engineering is a comprehensive engineering. In the applied condition, what the vacuum degree for a vacuum system and which vacuum system can be achieve compliance with its vacuum environment (that is say;The applied condition needs what the vacuum degree. This is related to what the applied condition, such as the food industry, chemical processes, etc.). By this layout of the vacuum system and extended or involved to systems engineering and system operation and control (i.e. Electromechanical control engineering). In addition to the basic theory, the application of the engineering science and technology knowledge, others, the subject of the application which could be associated with some basic knowledge background, such as food or food freeze drying process, which with what the relationship of vacuum degree with drying speed (moisture), others, food or food freshness, flavor preservation should be precautions, even food security issues (system sealed or environmental pollution, after all, in a vacuum stated which is a negative pressure system, some as pharmaceuticals and isolation wards which are belong negative pressure (under some low vacuum stated condition) system etc. Therefore, it is regard the modern precision (micro) engineering technology, so the optimization of vacuum pump and vacuum system engineering, numerical simulation engineering also the basic tools and we must be had.
