近年來有些研究應用神經醯胺(ceramide)來探討抗癌的可能性。本論文意在從事神經醯胺的合成,以尋得治療癌症的藥物。以(D)-來蘇醣((D)-lyxose)為起始物建構出植物鞘鞍醇衍生物Lyx-6,並與以1,10-十烷二醇(1,10-decanediol)所建構出的異形結構碳鏈Dol-7 進行Grubbs’烯烴複分解反應得異植物鞘鞍醇Lyx-9,再與不同碳鏈長的飽和脂肪酸進行醯胺化反應得到神經醯胺(ceramide):LF6-1, LF10-1, LF16-1。
In recent years, Ceramide has been standied as an anti cancer drug candidate . The purpose of this thesis is to engage in the synthesis of ceramides in order to find drugs to treat cancer. (D)-lyxose was used as the starting material to construct a plant sphingosine derivative Lyx-6 , and w ith 1,10-decanediol The heterostructure carbon chain Dol-7 constructed undergoes olefin metathesis reaction with Grubbs’ Catalyst to obtain phytosphingosine Lyx-9 , and then undergoes amidation reaction with s aturated fatty acids to obtain ceramide, LF6-1 , LF10-1 , and LF16-1.
