摘要


隨著科技演進的日新月異,電腦軟、硬體技術的發展已達一定的水準,CAD/CAM/CAE軟體的功能也愈趨於成熟,各企業無不使用電腦輔助相關軟體,以縮短產品的開發週期。然而目前在設計與分析軟體間,並無有效地整合,導致數據在傳遞過程之中必須經過轉換,才能在另一介面應用,數據轉換的不連貫,使得設計人員必須在CAD/CAE軟體之間不斷地切換。 在整體射出成型產業之中,模具佔有著舉足輕重的地位,模具的功能在於大量生產品質一致的產品,模具設計的好壞則是關係到產品品質的重要關鍵,而當中的澆口設計更是扮演著熔膠轉換為成型品的重要橋梁,不僅影響充填過程與脫模過程,更是翹曲位移量多寡的主要因素,因此澆口設計對整體產品品質具有很大的影響。 本研究透過二次開發工具並結合網路通訊技術,將CAE整合於CAD介面下的引導流程之中,並導入模流分析步驟,讓設計人員能夠在一個介面之下,完成模流分析及模具設計;若不滿意結果,也能馬上進行相關修改並再次分析,因而減少切換軟體及轉換檔案格式的時間,使得產品設計週期大為縮減。而澆口相關設計將導入經驗公式,提供新手設計人員更多的參考建議,減少設計上可能發生的錯誤及耗費過多的設計時間。透過CAD/CAE的整合,使得設計參數能有效地傳遞,搭配引導流程有效縮短產品設計的時間,減少開發人員在相關軟體間的轉換與設計變更的動作,並於分析完成後能觀看客製化的結果報告,達到分析流程的完整性。

With the rapid development of science and technology, computer software and hardware technology has reached a certain level. Enterprises are all using computer-aided software to shorten the product development cycle. However, there is no effective integration between design and analysis software, which leads to the conversion of data in different interfaces, so that designers must waste time switching between CAD / CAE software. In the injection molding industry, the mold occupies a pivotal position. A good mold can produce a large number of consistent quality product. Therefore, mold design is related to the quality of the product. The design of gate is a vital bridge between the melt and the final molded product. The gate not only affects the filling process and the stripping process, but also is the main factor of the amount of warping displacement, so the gate design has a great influence on the overall product quality. This study uses the secondary development tools and network technology to integrate CAE software into the CAD interface and input the mold flow analysis so that the designer can complete mold design navigating process and the mold flow analysis in the same interface, so it is easy to do the analysis again if the result is not ideal. Thus, the time of switching from different software can be greatly reduced. The gated design will import the empirical formula, providing new designers more suggestions, so the design errors and time will decrease. Through the integration of CAD / CAE, the design parameters can be effectively transmitted, with the navigating process to effectively shorten the product design time and reduce the time of changing software. Also, the analysis report can be customized immediately.
