本篇主要探討製造業的工安意外事件,其中出血是一個重大課題,許多傷員因失血過多而死亡。關於止血的討論,大多的研究都集中在戰場討論,拯救傷員。 而本篇將研究的戰術止血帶,用於傷員四肢血管大出血的止血,讓他們可以維持生命到醫院,接受較好的醫療處理,它確實拯救了許多生命,平時也用於到院前急救。 本研究模擬實際作業時發生工安意外-肢體出血情境,使受測者在隨機分配的情境下,使用三角巾及戰術止血帶,完成自救及互救任務;研究結果顯示,在完成任務效率上,戰術止血帶都優於三角巾,呈現顯著差異;在生理反應上,受測前後亦呈現急遽變化,顯示研究情境明顯影響受試者一般狀態的生理表現,實驗結果呈現受測者在醫療救護能力上仍有所提升。
This article mainly discusses industrial accidents in the manufacturing industry. Bleeding is a major issue. Many casualties died due to excessive blood loss. Regarding the discussion of hemostasis, most of the research is focused on the battlefield to save the wounded. The Combat Application Tourniquet studied in this article is used to stop bleeding from bleeding in the limbs of the wounded, so that they can maintain their lives in the hospital and receive better medical treatment. It has indeed saved many lives and is also used for pre-hospital first aid. This study simulates the situation of work accident-extremity bleeding during actual work, so that the testees use triangle bandages and Combat Application Tourniquet(C.A.T.) to complete self-rescue and mutual rescue tasks in a randomly assigned situation; the results of the research show that the efficiency of completing tasks is C.A.T. are better than triangle bands, showing significant differences; in the physiological response, there are also rapid changes before and after the test, which shows that the research situation obviously affects the physiological performance of the subject in general. The experimental results show that the subject is in the medical rescue ability. There is still improvement.
