桃園市國民中學教師覺知專業學習社群與教師個人學術樂觀之關聯性研究

The Relationship between Perception of Professional Learning Communities and Individual Academic Optimism of Junior High School Teachers in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究旨在了解桃園市公立國民中學教師專業學習社群與教師學術樂觀之現況與兩者之關聯性;並探討不同背景變項教師覺知教師專業學習社群與教師學術樂觀的差異情形;並了解教師專業學習社群對教師學術樂觀是否具有預測力。 本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園市公立國中教師為母群體進行抽樣,發出問卷481份,回收470份,回收率為97.7%,得有效問卷434份,可用率為92.3%。所得資料以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後檢定、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,獲得結論如下: 一、教師專業學習社群與教師學術樂觀現況達中上程度。 二、男性、教師兼主任、曾參與過教師專業學習社群之教師覺知教師專業 學習社群程度較高。 三、研究所以上教師、教師兼主任、曾參與過教師專業學習社群之教師覺 知教師學術樂觀程度較高 四、教師專業學習社群與教師學術樂觀間呈現顯著正相關 五、教師專業學習社群對教師學術樂觀具有預測力。 本研究依據上述研究結果提出具體建議,以供教育人員及未來研究者參考。

The purposes of this study were to understand the current situation of professional learning communities and academic optimism of the teachers in Taoyun city. The study also investigated the relationship between them.The study adopted questionnaire survey method. The selected sample consisted of 481 teachers from public Junior High Schools in Taoyuan city. The valid return rate was 92.3%. Statistical results were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, can9onical correlation and multiple regression. The results are listed as the following: 1.The current status of the teachers’ professional learning communities and academic optimism were at middle-high level. 2.Male teachers or teachers having duties or teachers participating professional learning communities tended to have higher perception of professional learning communities. 3.Teacher who have graduate degree or teachers having duties or teachers participating professional learning communities tended to have higher degree of academic optimism. 4.There were significant positive correlation between teachers’ perception of professional learning communities and their academic optimism. 5.Teachers’ perception of professional learning communities predicted significantly predictive on their academic optimism. According to the findings above, suggestions are offered for the educators and future researchers.
