以科技接受模式探討智慧型穿戴裝置購買意願之研究 - 以Jarvish為例

摘要


隨著智慧行動裝置的日益普及,從智慧型手機到智慧型穿戴裝置 也逐漸成為現代人的必備用品。在台灣,隨著穿戴式裝置逐漸普及,使用人數日益增多,產品生命週期處於成長階段。然而,相較於歐美國家的使用比例還是偏低,且目前較少研究專注於使用者滿意度方面的探討,因此本研究欲探討何種因素會影響使用意願。由於穿戴式裝置的應用發展空間極大,包括了資訊與娛樂、運動與健身、醫療與照護、安全與保全、專業與特殊等領域都有發揮的空間。若能了解影響消費者對於智慧型裝戴裝置的使用因素,對於瞭解其智慧型裝戴裝置的使用行為將有所裨益。 本研究在文獻探討的部分,針對智慧型穿戴裝置進行相關文獻回顧,以此奠定本研究基礎,並提出研究架構及假說。本研究問卷設計目的,為取得所需資訊以驗證各項研究假設,並依各項變因的操作型定義與學者研究設計問項。在問項上以李克特五點尺度來衡量滿意程度、同意程度與可能程度。透過便利抽樣方式預計發放600份紙本問卷,在問卷回收後剔除填答不完整的無效問卷共計回收有效問卷為542份。 研究針對有效問卷首先進行敘述性統計分析,以瞭解樣本資料分布情形,接著 經由各構面題項之信度分析確立分析指標,最後進行迴歸分析瞭解變數間的關係等,驗證研究假說是否成立。 本研究結果如下: 一、 知覺有用性對使用行為態度有顯著的正向關係成立 二、 知覺易用性對使用行為態度有顯著的正向關係成立 三、 知覺有趣興對使用行為態度有顯著著性盎關係成立 四、 便利性對使用行為態度有顯著的正向關係成立 五、 生活型態對使用行為態度有顯著的正向關係成立 六、 使用態度對使用意願有顯著的正向關係成立 本研究根據以上結果,提出以下建議 一、 強調智慧型安全帽-Jarvish易用性 二、 擴充智慧型安全帽-Jarvish的功能性 三、 可透過推廣強調趣味性 四、 行銷上可強調產品便利性 關鍵字:智慧型穿戴裝置、科技接受模式、生活型態

With the increasing popularity of smart mobile devices, from smart phones to smart wearable devices have gradually become essential products for modern people. In Taiwan, with the increasing popularity of wearable devices, the number of users is increasing, and the product life cycle is in a growth stage. However, compared with European and American countries, the proportion of use is still low, and there are currently few studies focusing on user satisfaction. Therefore, this study intends to explore what factors affect the willingness to use. As the application development space of wearable devices is huge, including information and entertainment, sports and fitness, medical treatment and care, safety and security, professional and special fields, there is room for development. If we can understand the factors that affect consumers' use of smart wearable devices, it will be helpful to understand their use behavior of smart wearable devices. In the literature discussion part of this research, a review of the relevant literature on smart wearable devices will lay the foundation for this research and propose a research framework and hypotheses. The purpose of this research questionnaire design is to obtain the required information to verify various research hypotheses, and to design questions based on the operational definitions of various variables and scholars’ research. In the question item, the Likert five-point scale is used to measure satisfaction, agreement and possibility. It is estimated that 600 paper questionnaires will be distributed through convenience sampling, and invalid questionnaires with incomplete answers will be eliminated after the questionnaires are collected. A total of 542 valid questionnaires will be collected. For the effective questionnaire, the research first conducts narrative statistical analysis to understand the distribution of sample data, then establishes analysis indicators through the reliability analysis of each dimension item, and finally conducts regression analysis to understand the relationship between variables to verify whether the research hypothesis is valid. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Perceived usefulness has a significant positive relationship with use behavior and attitude. 2. Perceived ease of use has a significant positive relationship with usage behavior and attitude. 3. Perceived interestingness has a significant relationship with usage behavior and attitudes. 4. Convenience has a significant positive relationship with usage behavior and attitude. 5. The positive relationship between life style and usage behavior and attitude is established 6. A significant positive relationship between usage attitude and usage intention is established Based on the above results, this research makes the following recommendations 1. Emphasize the ease of use of the smart helmet-Jarvish 2. Expand the functionality of the smart helmet-Jarvish 3. The fun can be emphasized through promotion 4.
