本研究利用便宜、容易取得、對環境友善及具有掌性中心的果凍,在果凍環境使用紫外光波長306 nm進行分子內[2+2]環加成反應,我們研究出適合於照光條件下反應的果凍,以及發現於4 %洋菜的環加成反應中,起始物3-(戊-4-烯基)環烯酮與果凍間產生誘導,而讓某一個方向環加成的速率變快,形成具有鏡像選擇性的三環化合物。
In this thesis, we have chosen jelly as chiral environment for our reaction. Because it is low cost, easy availability and environmental friendliness. We found the suitable jelly (4% agar) for our reaction. A new method of intramolecular [2+2] photocycloaddition provide products with enantioselectivity in the jelly. And we found the inductive effect between jelly and starting material, it is a reason for the rate of cycloaddition was changed in one direction .
