應用混合式演算法於設施規劃之研究-以氣封開關生產線為例

摘要


由於全球化的競爭越來越激烈,近年來更受到短交期之影響,也因為顧客不斷要求降價以及勞動力成本的逐年增加,使各個企業持續受到成本上的壓力,產業界對於獲利方面也面臨嚴峻的挑戰。唯有不斷提高自身的生產效率,以及降低不必要的成本,增進企業的競爭優勢,為當今現代企業要努力的重要課題。 有學者提及在製造業中,物料搬運成本約占產品總製造成本的15%至70%之間。因此,物料搬運的改善將可以節省可觀的成本,如果能將工廠內部的佈置重新進行設施規劃至少能讓物料搬運成本降低10%至30%。而完善的設施規劃評估相當複雜,無法以人工方式進行計算與評估,須仰賴良好的演算法、電腦強大的運算能力和系統模擬來達到完善的規劃。 本研究以氣封開關生產線為研究對象,個案公司主要的目的在於使搬移時間及搬移距離減少。本研究所使用的Blocplan軟體是進行運算,此軟體是以混合式演算法(Hybrid Algorithms),將資料套入軟體後得出結果,從中挑選出最佳設施佈置,再導入3D動態模擬軟體FlexSim建構新的設施佈置之模型。最後經由模擬得出的驗證結果顯示該設施規劃有利於個案公司參考,降低了物料總搬移時間為21%,物品總搬移時間降低了24%。此方法幫助需要重新設施規劃之企業,利用本研究之研究方法更容易上手,且利用電腦化的軟體,找出最佳設施佈置。

Due to the increasingly fierce competition in globalization, it has been affected by the short delivery time in recent years. Because of the continuous demand of customers to reduce prices and the increase of labor costs year by year, various enterprises continue to be under cost pressure. The industry also faces serious challenges in terms of profitability. Only to continuously improve their own production efficiency, reduce unnecessary cost waste, and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises, has become an important topic for modern enterprises to work hard. Some scholars have mentioned that the material handling cost accounts for about 15% to 70% of the total product manufacturing cost in the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the improvement of material handling will result in considerable cost savings, and at least 10% to 30% of material handling costs can be reduced if the layout of the factory can be re-planned for the facility. A complete facility planning evaluation is quite complicated and cannot be calculated and evaluated manually. It must rely on good algorithms and mighty computing power and simulation of computers to achieve perfect planning. This research takes the Enclosed Switch production line as the research object, and the main purpose of the case company is to reduce the moving time and distance. The Blocplan software used in this study is a hybrid algorithm. After inserting the data into the software, the results are obtained, and the best facility layout is selected. Then import the 3D dynamic simulation software FlexSim to construct the model of the new facility layout. Finally, the verification results obtained through the simulation show that the facility plan is beneficial to the reference of the case company, reducing the total moving time of materials by 21% and the total moving time of items by 24%. This method helps companies that need to replan their facilities to use the research method of this study more easily, and use computerized software to find the best facility layout.
