摘要

現今製造業以顧客需求為主流，為滿足顧客及快速回應其需求，應深入瞭解企業內部和外部的製程問題並加強地持續改善。本研究整合精實生產與限制理論，並利用綜合生產效率得知理想生產效率與實際生產效率之差異，確認效率損失之指標，進而能使企業明確快速指出改善點進而達到增加產能和減少浪費的目的。
本研究以個案驗證其模式，其驗證結果顯示產能率提昇了36.36%，受限制的機台其閒置時間分別減少了52.59%和95.31%，負載效率提升了12%，證實本研究所提出之模式是可行且有效的。

Nowadays, to meet the customers demand quickly, the Manufacturing companies should understand the internal and external problems of the process systems as well as strengthen the continuous improvements. This paper integrated the Lean production and Theory of constrains, and confirming the loss of efficiency from the difference between expect production efficiency and actual production efficiency by using Overall Productivity Efficiency, which can help the enterprises to achieve the increase the producing capacity and reduce the wastes.
This paper employed a LED production case to verify the benefits. This results showed that the producing capacity increased by 36.36%, the idle time of constrained machine respectively were decreased by 52.59% and 95.31% , and loading efficiency increased by 12%. It also proved that this model is feasible and efficient.
