呼吸照護資訊管理系統建置及應用

The Development and Application of Respiratory Care Information Manager System

摘要


隨著科技進步與工業發達,國人因為呼吸性的疾病或是其他因素引起的呼吸衰竭,而需要使用呼吸器的病人不斷增多。這幾年健保的財務狀況一直處於捉襟見肘的窘境,各大醫院為了節省開銷也不斷地縮減人力,造成醫療人員無法一一兼顧所有病人。病人的狀況若無法準確掌握,一旦發生突發狀況也就無法立即處理,嚴重的話則演變成醫療疏失。因為無法掌握病人狀況,因此錯過評估病人脫離呼吸器的黃金時機。有鑑於此,本研究將利用網際網路與無線傳輸建置呼吸照護資訊管理系統。 本研究成功將呼吸器的數值透過無線方式,傳輸到伺服器端顯示出呼吸器數值,並將接收到的呼吸器數值儲存,透過本研究建立的警報系統與自主呼吸訓練訊息系統去判斷接收到的呼吸器數值是否有異常以及提供訊息提醒呼吸治療師。本研究也建置呼吸照護資訊網頁,使呼吸治療師可以透過任何可上網的電子產品,隨時隨地查看病人的即時狀況。 利用嵌入式Wi-Fi無線傳輸模組以有線的方式和呼吸器連接,嵌入式Wi-Fi無線傳輸模組接收到呼吸器的數值後,再以Wi-Fi無線傳輸的方式將呼吸器的數值傳輸到伺服器端,伺服器端收到數值後除了顯示出呼吸器的數值外,也會將呼吸器的數值做一些分析,判斷病人的呼吸生理數值是否有異樣,以及是否已達到脫離呼吸器的生理參數標準,再將測量的結果儲存在資料庫。系統也會在病人做自主呼吸訓練時,計時病人訓練時間及訓練時的狀況,並且將計時的時間與狀況記錄下來。呼吸治療師可以透過任何可以上網的電子用品登入呼吸照護資訊網頁或病人訊息網頁查看病人使用呼吸器的情形。

According to technological progression and industrial development, people because of respiratory disease or respiratory failure caused by other factors and patients need to use respirator constantly increase. In recent years, Health insurance’s expense is more and more seriously. Major hospital in order to save cost also decrease manpower that caused medical staffs can’t take care of all patients one by one. If patient’s condition can’t control accurately, once happen a sudden status that will not handle in time, that worst case will become a medical negligence. In addition, they can’t know well patient’s condition that they can’t decide patient to leave respirator in the golden opportunity. In view of this, this research will use internet and wireless transmission to build Respiratory Care Information Management System. This research through wireless way to let respirator’s packet that convey to server storage and display, also through Alarm system and Spontaneous Breath Message System that built by the research decides whether the patient has abnormal. The clinical respiratory therapist can through any electrical products that have internet to look for Respiratory Care Information Management web page or Patient Message page look over patient’s immediate status on the go or the last. Using the wires connected the embedded Wi-Fi module with the respirator, and the embedded Wi-Fi module transit the packet that received from the respirator to server with Wi-Fi. The server not only show the parameter which received from the respirator but also analyze the patient’s status whether the patient’s breathing was abnormal or it is time to wean him from respirator, and the message from system will store in the database. When patient try spontaneous breath train, system will measure the time when patient does. Respiratory therapist can through any electrical products that can surf in internet to look patient’s respiratory physiological parameters, massage of alarm, and spontaneous breathing test massage.
