本研究主要針對當供應鏈在不同合約下導入消費者使用分期付款,期望能找出對供應鏈成員的影響,並使供應鏈期望收益最大化。傳統消費者在消費時,皆使用付現方式,而本研究消費者之消費方式為分期付款,並考慮當發卡銀行加入供應鏈對供應鏈收益的影響。 本研究利用數理推導的方式,以Price Only及買回合約作為基礎,探討當供應鏈加入消費者使用分期付款及發卡銀行時,各合約的可行性。本研究進行數值分析,其結果發現在Price Only及買回合約下,不論消費者需求是否與價格相關,供應鏈加入發卡銀行,將使得零售商期望收益下降。但是,整體供應鏈之期望收益相較於無加入發卡銀行之分期時皆為增加。
This research explores the impact of different supply chain contracts and consumers’ monthly installment on profits of each supply chain member. This study intends to search a good policy in order to maximize the profits of the entire supply chain. Traditionally, consumers pay cash for purchasing a thing. This study assumes that consumers will use their credit cards to pay their procurement. This study uses the mathematical deduction for the Price Only and Buy Back policies to determine which policy is better when the supply chain contains a supplier, a retailer, a bank with issuing credit cards, and consumers who use credit cards to pay their bills. According to the numerical examples, the results of this research show that under the Price Only and Buy Back policies with or without price-dependant demands, if the supply chain contains a bank as its member, the retailer will decrease its profits, but the profits of the entire supply chain will increase.
