運用六標準差設計提升智慧工具機使用壽命之研究-以T公司為例

摘要


長期以來,工具機應用等級被認為是國家工業化程度評定標準之一,2017-2018年台灣工具機出口排名為世界第五名,由此可知台灣產業水準為世界認可,但近年來台灣業者面臨中國低價傾銷壓力,加上日、德等國為擴大市佔率,以降低售價方式逐漸侵蝕台灣現有市場及客戶,因此台灣政府為讓產業保有競爭力,於2016年委託工具機公會組成國家隊,讓產業藉由群體力量共同升級以與國外同業抗衡。 個案公司為日本知名工具機在台灣轉投資之子公司,長期以來保有「品質第一」文化,加上先進技術轉移及合作,使其成為台灣之「車床專家」,但隨著全球化導致產品週期急速縮短、新商品上市時間壓力,使得客戶對機器穩定度要求更為提高。 本研究貢獻之一為經由個案研究,蒐集改善工具相關文獻蒐集,運用六標準差設計、故障模式與效應分析、故障樹分析、創新發明與問題解決工具、專家訪談以檢討改善開發流程,建立品質預防制度、改善工具機穩定度、提高運轉效率及產品良率,最終讓使用壽命延長、品質升級,獲得市場認同。貢獻之二為運用智慧功能及大數據模態建立,讓產品可靠度提升、對客戶提出具體承諾、建立品牌忠誠度及穩固合作夥伴。 本研究最後提出之研發與行銷策略之建議,期望提供個案公司在全球化競爭激烈環境下,仍能持續成長及永續經營。

Machine tool grade has always been seen as one of the standards to assess the degree of industrialization of a country. Taiwan was ranked number five globally between 2017 and 2018 in terms of machine tool export, showing that the Taiwanese machine tool industry is recognized internationally. However, recently Taiwanese companies face the low price dumping pressure from China as well as fierce competition from countries such as Japan and Germany reducing prices to take over the existing Taiwanese market and customers. In order to ensure the competitiveness of the industry, the Taiwanese government asked the Taiwan Machine Tool Association to form a national team in 2016, allowing the industry to work together as a team to upgrade and match up against the foreign counterparts. The case company is a subsidiary invested by a well-known Japanese machine tool company with a “quality first” culture. With technology transfer and collaboration, the company has become a lathe expert in Taiwan. However, globalization has led to a rapid shortening of the product life cycle, product launch pressure, and increased the customers’ requirement for machine stability. One of the main contributions of this study is that with case study and literature review on tool improvement, six sigma design, failure mode, and efficiency analysis, innovation and problem-solving tools, as well as the expert interview, the research, and development procedure, was reviewed to improve stability, increase lifespan and product quality, thereby obtaining market recognition. Another significant contribution is that the study utilized smart function and the establishment of big data mode to increase the reliability of the product, providing concrete promises to customers, building brand loyalty and security partners. It is hoped that the research and development, as well as marketing strategy proposed, would allow the case company to continue to grow and achieve sustainable operation even with the fierce competition brought about by globalization.
