鋼鐵產業轉型策略之研究-以鐳射鈑金業為例-

鋼鐵產業相較於其他產業有較複雜的產業鏈，從鋼廠(煉鋼)-裁切(製造)-成品產出都有一系列複雜的流程，由於流程的複雜性使得鋼鐵業上、中、下游產生緊密結合。近年來在供給嚴重過剩，導致鋼材價格持續下跌，企業經營困難，產業整體效益大幅下滑，傳統的衝量、庫存思維模式已不復存。從鋼鐵業未來發展的趨勢來看，台灣的鋼鐵業者不宜再從「量」的觀點來考量營運策略，而須重新思考自身在產業中的定位與策略方向。每個鋼鐵廠都需要自己的中下游體系，只有將中、下游的業者及其鋼品加以聯結，才會有較高的競爭力，利用下游的產品進行外銷，方能提升廠商的附加價值，這也是未來鋼鐵業所須面對的最大課題。鋼鐵產業必須從整體之生態環境來看營運的問題，業者的產銷策略要快捷、迅速及連結，而不是一昧執著於量大及規模經濟的觀點。本研究從台灣鋼鐵上游產業目前處境、主要競爭對手現況分析，以A鋼鐵公司之角度，探討中、下游鋼鐵業目前經營模式與營運策略，進而規劃A鋼鐵公司之中長期發展方向，包括近期五年計畫與十年長期計畫，以重塑自身的競爭優勢。其中，公共倉的具體實現，不僅是包括生產自動化、ERP(企業資源計劃)等信息化管理手段，更重要的是要體現出智能轉型「互聯網＋鋼鐵」的運作模式帶來的革命性、顛覆性的變化。
