大數據與台灣電商物流

摘要


因著資訊及網路科技的飛快進步,也帶動電子商務(e-commerce)的蓬勃發展。近年來中國起飛的效應,電子商務在中國經濟更有跳躍的成長。中國著名的電商「阿里巴巴」,每年的購物狂歡--雙十一光棍節在2015更創下單日史上最高912.17億人民幣的成交金額(約新台幣4560億)。火紅成功的背後,大數據(Big Data)扮演舉足輕重的角色。大數據的發展與電子商務(e-commerce)看似不相干領域,實際應用已密不可分。 大數據在電子商務從銷售分析、預測、商品建議、幫助決策…的應用,有許多探討,卻少有物流面的研究,使得電子商務有頭重腳輕的不對稱發展。將焦點放在台灣的電子商務物流,探討大數據應用之可行。 以新型態物流「店配」為例,設計店配日出貨量的趨勢探討及數據分析。並選擇數據分析工具R-Language,來檢驗工具是否可行。從中也將對舊有定型化的資料分析觀念有些翻轉,而有新技術導入之契機。 總之,在數據觀念轉變的學習、工具的探討、開放資料環境的完整…期待能於物流有所應用。也讓台灣電子商務可與國外的企業一起來競爭,整體服務更趨完整。

In response to the fast progress of information and network technology, also led to the rapid development of e-commerce. In recent years, according to the effect of China’s development, e-commerce has more growth in china’s economic. The famous Chinese electricity supplier ”Alibaba”, created a history of the daily maximum of 91.217 billion yuan(NT$4,560 hundred million).Big data play an important role behind the huge success. It seems have nothing to do between the development of Big Data and e-commerce, but the practical application has been inextricably linked. There are many discussion of Big Data, could be used in sales analysis, prediction, product recommendations and make decision, but less in logistics, made the asymmetric development of e-commerce. Now we focus on e-commerce logistics of Taiwan, to explore possible applications of Big Data. For the example of new logistics, to design the trends discussion and data analysis. And select data analysis tool “R-Language”, to Inspection tool is feasible. Which will also have some flip concept of old stereotypes of data analysis, and added opportunity of new technology. In short, in the change of data concept of learning, tools discussion and complete open data environment, we look forward to some logistics applications. Let the e-commerce of Taiwan could compete with foreign companies, and more complete of overall service.
