面對環境快速變遷的時代,知識已成為企業重要競爭力來源。就醫療產業而言,當醫療機構所處的外在環境發生巨大變化時,會以建立策略聯盟尋求跨組織的合作關係,希望透過與聯盟成員在資源、知識、管理作為等方面所產生的互補或綜效,來強化自身的競爭優勢。 本研究主要在探討醫院聯盟組織間所分享各類型知識,透過不同的分享管道或管理機制的介入,所得到的知識分享效果之差異。採用質性研究之個案研究法,選擇跨組織醫療機構聯盟作為研究對象,以聯盟組織間的知識分享事件進行深入訪談,並歸納提出九個研究命題。研究結果得知:(1)聯盟成員針對不同知識類型,在選擇知識分享管道時,主要受到時間急迫程度、可即時回饋、可建立共識、資料完整程度與可個人化等五個因素影響,且不同知識類型所考量因素也有所不同。(2)互動式學習、學習意圖知識管理機制,促使知識透明程度具可近性;網絡互動與信任關係知識管理機制,促使知識透明程度具相關性。(3)在知識分享管道與管理機制互相作用下,所得到知識分享效果可產生綜效,且因知識分享管道、管理機制與知識透明程度三者間的良性循環,促使聯盟成員彼此存在互惠、互信關係,促使聯盟間的知識分享效果發揮極大的效用。
In the era of fast changing environment, knowledge has become the important source of competitive capacity for the enterprise. In the medical industry, whenever the immense change has arisen in the external environment of the medical institute, developing a strategic alliance is a usual way to seek partnership among organizations. Through the complementation or synergy brought by the resource, knowledge, management, etc. from the alliance members, hope to strengthen the competitive advantage for oneself. This study focused on the differences among knowledge sharing results when various types of knowledge were shared among the hospital alliance parties through different channels or intervention of management mechanisms. Case study of qualitative research method was used in the study. Inter-organization medical alliances were selected as the study objects. In-depth interview on knowledge sharing events were carried out among alliance parties, and summed up with nine research propositions. The results showed (1) Time urgency, prompt feedback, developing consensus, data integrity and personalization were the five factors that alliance members mostly concerned when choosing the knowledge sharing channels for various knowledge types. Different considerations also applied to different knowledge types. (2) Interactive learning and learning intention knowledge management mechanism promoted accessibility of knowledge transparency. Network interactions and trust relationships knowledge management mechanism made knowledge transparency become relevant. (3) Under the interaction of knowledge sharing channels and management mechanisms, knowledge sharing may generate synergy. The virtuous circle of knowledge sharing channels, management mechanisms and knowledge transparency helped alliance members to develop reciprocal and trusting relationships, greatly enhanced the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among the alliances.
