高職餐旅群學生親子關係、自我效能與成就動機之研究

A Study on the Parent-Child Relationship, Self-Efficacy and Achievement Motivation of Vocational High School Hospitality Program Students.

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職餐旅群學生親子關係、自我效能與成就動機之關係。本研究以「親子關係量表」、「自我效能量表」、「成就動機量表」為研究工具,以立意取樣方式調查台灣北部、中部、南部地區七所高職餐旅群學生共386位,資料蒐集後以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析法、多元迴歸分析進行資料處理。 根據研究發現,本研究之結論為: 一、高職餐旅群學生親子關係、自我效能、成就動機均屬於中等偏上程度。 二、年級與親子關係有顯著差異存在。 三、性別、父母教育程度與自我效能有顯著差異存在。 四、年級、家庭類型、打工經驗與成就動機有顯著差異存在。 五、親子關係、自我效能與成就動機之間有顯著差異存在。 六、親子關係與自我效能能有效預測成就動機。 根據研究結論,本研究提出對於學生、父母、教師與後續研究之建議為: 一、改善學習態度、培養獨立自主的生活能力、強化與社會的連結性。 二、持續精進親子關係、採用權威民主的管教模式、父母均應努力扮演盡責的父職、母職角色。 三、改變學生學習態度及教師教學方式。 四、加強青少年與親子關係、自我效能、成就動機之深入研究。

This research aims to explore the vocational high school hospitality program students’ parent-child relationship, self-efficacy and achievement motivation. By using three research tools, “Parent-Child Relationship Scale”, “Self-Efficacy Scale” and “Achievement Motivation Scale”, the researcher applied purposive sampling to the hospitality program students from seven vocational high schools located at northern, central and southern Taiwan. A total of 386 samples were valid. The data collected was analyzed by t-Test, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression Analysis. This study obtained the following conclusions: 1.Parent-child relationship, self-efficacy and achievement motivation all achieved to an upper-intermediate level. 2.Grades had significant difference upon parent-child relationship. 3.Gender and parents’ education level had significant difference upon self-efficacy. 4.Grades, family types and part-time work experiences had significant difference upon achievement motivation. 5.There is a significant difference among students’ achievement motivation, parent-child relationship and self-efficacy. 6.Both parent-child relationship and self-efficacy towards achievement motivation showed significant prediction. At last, according to the results, the research was discussed to provide some suggestions for students, parents, teachers and further research as following: 1.To improve students’ learning attitude, to develop independent living skills, and to strengthen links with the community. 2.To keep sophisticated parent-child relationship by using the authoritative parenting, parents should strive to play a responsible fatherhood and motherhood. 3.To change students’ learning attitude as well as teachers’ teaching methods. 4.To have the in-depth study on parent-child relationship, self-efficacy and achievement motivation.
