客艙安全情境體驗教育之規劃研究

摘要

在飛航過程中，並非僅有機組人員才有承擔飛航安全的義務，同行乘客亦應共同承擔。因此，飛航安全的重要性應由運輸供需雙方共同瞭解。鑒於目前台灣基礎交通安全教育似乎較偏重道路安全，本研究旨在提出客艙安全教育的規劃，藉由教育手段來提升學童相關客艙安全的認識。交通安全的推行著重於教育，國小學生可塑性較佳，透過此方法不僅能將航空教育向下紮根，以長遠來看更能達到航空知識普及化。本研究主要採用前後加控制組設計，依實驗組情境體驗與對照組傳統教學方式進行實驗，兩組間在課程內容、上課時數、講師皆相同。依照不同的教學方法探討學童在接受客艙情境體驗教育前後是否與傳統教學法有所差異，並進行細部分析，窮究箇中差異。本研究規劃的教育內容及教學評量，主要根據「飛航作業管理規則」及文獻內容分析，透過現有航空公司安全提示卡及客艙安全影片作為輔助。
實驗學童為龍星國小全校三年級，分為實驗組與對照組。實驗組評量前測81份，後測78份。對照組評量前測75份，後測78份，後後測77份。由實驗結果顯示，情境體驗教學效果較一般傳統教學較佳，學童的認識有提升的效果，對照組在參與兩種教學方法後也是以情境教學體驗的結果較佳，且實驗過程不受學童個人不同相關背景因素影響，使用情境教學體驗教學也可以縮小每位學童之間的差異。本研究結果可提供教育主管單位、航空公司做為未來客艙安全教育研究參考。

This study project attempts to plans and design activities on cabin safety through situational learning experience to elementary students. The students are expected establish cabin safety concepts and aviation risk cognition through participating in activities. The implementation of aviation safety does not gain much focal point as it is supposed to. For optimizing cabin safety education with the greatest effects within limited period of time, it is crucial to investigate the promotion methods of cabin safety education.This study reviewed relevant literatures and. Accordingly design diverse aviation safety promotion activities including safety experience for equipment, emergency escape, regulations, knowledge and education pipeline and cabin safety simulation teaching.
This study used a Pretest-posttest control group design and then subdivide two group one is experimental group the other is control group.They used the same teaching material,time,instructor only the site is diffence.Because our purpose is observe the site effect.The results show that experimental group is better than control group.The experiment was not affected personal background and use situational learning can give every student opportunity to use life vest or oxygen mask promote to their skill emergency evacuate.
