中國中小學體育與健康課程改革之研究

摘要


中國中小學體育與健康課程改革之研究 中華民國九十六年六月   研究生:徐國? 指導教授:詹德基 協同指導教授:蔡虔祿 摘 要 本研究採文獻分析法及歷史研究法為主,從1999年6月中共中央、國務院頒布《關於深化教育改革全面推進素質教育的決定》、《基礎教育課程改革綱要(試行)》及2001年《全日制義務教育普通高級中學體育(1~6年級)體育與健康(7~12年級)課程標準(實驗稿)》的頒布日起迄今,中國中小學體育與健康課程改革的歷程為研究範圍,並達到以下的研究目的:探究分析中國中小學體育與健康課程改革與發展、課程標準與教學大綱之變化、課程與教學、現狀及未來發展。把有關中國中小學體育與健康課程改革的相關資料、文件、論文及期刊論著等加以整理分析,根據綜合整理和討論,得到以下幾點結論: (一)體育與健康課程改革是中國學校體育走向更高層次的措施,在中國體育教育改革歷史具有重大意義。 (二)新《課程標準》更能貫徹《中共中央國務院關於深化教育改革全面推進素質教育的決定》,明確提出了學校體育要樹立“健康第一”的指導思想。 (三)課程實行國家、地方、學校三級課程管理,教材採一綱多本,加強教法研究,提高教學質量。   (四)改變體育課程內容“難、繁、偏、舊”和過於注重知識技能傳授的現狀,並重視教師的一般素養和作為專業教師的專業素養。   (五)體育課程在未來將全面實施素質教育,深化教育改革,體育教師也更趨向專業化。 關鍵詞:中國體育與健康課程改革、體育課程改革、素質教育、課程標準、體育教學大綱

Research on the Curriculum Reform of Physical Education and Health for Primary and Middle Schools in China Master’s thesis, June,2007 Hsu,Kuo-Feng Advisor:Chan,Te-Chi Assistant Advisor:Cai, Qian-Lu Abstract Based on the research methods of literature analysis and history analysis, the present study is a research on the progress of curriculum reform of ‘Physical Education and Health’ for primary and middle schools in China, in the aftermath of the promulgation of ‘Decision on Deepening Education Reform and Promoting Fully Quality Education’ and ‘Guidelines for Curriculum Reform of Basic Education (trial)’ in June, 1999, and ‘Curriculum Standards of Physical Education (1st~6th Grade) and Physical Education and Health (7th~12th Grade) for Full-Day Compulsory Education of Normal Senior Middle Schools (experimental draft)’ in 2001 by the State Council of Central People’s Government. The study is aimed to explore and analyze the reform and development of ‘Physical Education and Health’ curriculum in China, the modification in curriculum standards and teaching guidelines, and the status quo and the future of curriculum and teaching. The study aims to integrate and analyze references, papers, theses and periodicals regarding the curriculum reform of physical education and health for primary and middle schools in China. The following conclusions have been made: 1. The curriculum reform of ‘Physical Education and Health’ is a measure leading Chinese physical education to a higher level and it is critical to Chinese physical education history. 2. The new ‘Curriculum Standards’ could better fulfill the concept of ‘Decision on Deepening Education Reform and Promoting Fully Quality Education’ as it indicates the need to build the guideline: ‘health is of the most importance’. 3. The curriculum management is implemented by the three levels: central government, local governments and schools. In order to improve teaching, teaching materials are more flexible with the proposition of the concept of multi-edition teaching materials and the research on teaching methods is highlighted. 4. The difficulty, complexity, deviation and old-fashion of the curriculum contents of physical education, and over-emphasis on knowledge-oriented instruction need to be changed. The teachers’ professional knowledge and skills need to be highlighted. 5. Quality education will be implemented in physical education to deepen education reform. Physical education teachers will tend to be more professionalized.
