傑出身心障礙者的創造性人格特質與生活經驗探究

摘要
本研究透過質性研究的方法，以五位傑出身心障礙者為研究主體，探討傑出身心障礙者的創造性人格特質與生活經驗，及詮釋系統理論對於傑出身心障礙者的影響與意義。
在資料蒐集方面，主要以深度訪談、研究日誌及其他相關文件等方式進行；再配合反覆閱讀逐字稿、訪談紀錄，從中做紮根資料分析、組合及歸類，以理解並建構資料之間的意義及關係。
本研究主要發現如下：
傑出身心障礙者的創造性人格特質之共同性為真誠，其他好奇、使命感、人格開放、自信等特質為人格特質之次要相同性；而在生活經驗方面分為領域、學門、個人等三要素，領域方面包括輔具、宗教、歧視和接納、誘因；學門包含了特殊體制、組織氣氛、楷模等因素；個人則受婚姻、人格特質、家庭氣氛、父母親等際遇所影響。可見系統論的互動形態對於傑出障礙者具有其特異性的影響。

最後，根據本研究的發現，研究者提出若干建議，企盼在個人、家庭社會方面均對身心障礙者的未來有所幫助。

ABSTRACT
The method that this research studies through the quality, take five outstanding disabled as to study corpus, inquire into the creation personality characteristic and life experience of outstanding disabled, and explain the systematic theory the influence and the meaning toward outstanding disabled.
Collect aspect in the data, main with the depth interview,
research daily record and other relevant document etc. methods carry on; match with again to read repeatedly word by word a draft, interview record, do to radicated from it data analysis, combination and categorize, also construct the meaning and the relation of data by comprehension.
The origin studies a main detection as follows:
The intercommunity of the creation personality characteristic of outstanding disabled is a sincerity, other very strange, the sense of calling, personality open, self-confidence etc. the characteristic behave space characteristic of next in importance and same; and be divided into domain and field, personal etc. three main factors in the life experience, the domain includes to assist a , religion, bias and accepts, inducement; field includes a special system and organizes factors, such as atmosphere and model...etc.; Personal then be subjected to chances, such as marriage, personality characteristic, family atmosphere and parents...etc. influence. It is thus clear that the interactive appearance of systematic theory for outstanding disabled has the influence of its particularity.
Finally, according to the detection of this research, the researcher puts forward some suggestions, looking forward to at personal, the family social aspect all will have a help in the future to the disabled.
