台北縣市國民中學教育實習實施現況之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解我國目前新、舊教育實習制度轉換之過渡時期,教育實習實施現況與可能衍生之問題,探討的範圍包括教育實習之運作情形、學校成員對於教育實習現況之看法以及實習現況可能產生之問題等,最後並依研究結果對教育實習相關機構提出建議。 本研究以臺北縣市之國民中學之學校成員為研究對象,採用問卷調查與訪談法進行調查,研究調查所得資料以百分比、平均數與t考驗與單因子變異數分析加以分析處理,最後綜合問卷調查與訪談結果所得之資料進行分析與討論,所得之研究結論如下: 壹、學校教師普遍對於整體教育實習現況之看法表示認同。 貳、實習課程缺乏系統規劃,實習教師間之工作負荷與學習成效不一。 參、實習評量之方式不夠多元與客觀,且評量之嚴謹性不足。 肆、多數學校之實習輔導教師由校長或主任請託產生,部分教師之輔導意願 未受到徵詢。 伍、實習教師與實習輔導教師之互動情形良好,且普遍肯定實習輔導教師之專業能力。 陸、部分實習教師未能積極投入於實習課程之學習。 柒、實習教師背負就業、考試與經濟上之多重壓力。 捌、不同學校規模之教師對於實習課程之看法達顯著差異;不同性別與職務之教師對於實習輔導教師之看法達顯著差異;不同學校規模與職務之教師對於實習教師之看法達顯著差異。 最後,根據研究結果,分別對實習學校、實習輔導教師、實習教師、師資培育機構與教育行政機關以及未來研究提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the status consequences and problem of Educational Practice for Secondary School at the Eiementary Schools in Taipei. The main purpose is concluded as following points: to explore the operation of educational practice, understand the members’ attitude about status of educational practice and to find problems in the process of educational practice. Finally offer some suggestions based on the findings of this research to the educational administrations. The survey of this thesis is based on form survey and interview survey. The object of study are the members of the senior high schools in Taipei. The result of survey is analyzed by the way of percentage statistics. Finally, generalize and analyzed the form and interview datas and according to the results of analysis, the conclusion of this thesis includes the following points: 1. Generally, school teachers have common consensus of the entire educational practice status quo. 2.The practice program lacks systematical planning, and the student-teachers’ working loading and learning effects are uneven. 3.The evaluation system for the student-teachers is not all-round and objective enough, and it is not rigid enough. 4. Most mentors were commissioned by presidents and directors, but some mentors were not asked advice. 5.The student-teachers have the good interaction with mentors, and affirm the mentors’ speciality. 6.Partial student-teachers couldn’t actively devote themselves to the learning of practice programs. 7.The student-teachers have multiple pressures from occupation, examination and finance. 8. The viewpoints of practice programs from the school teachers in the diversified-scaling schools differ notably; School teachers of different sexes and functions have diversified opinions to the mentors; The school teachers from dissimilar-scaling schools and functions have remarkably- diverged viewpoints to the student-teachers. Finally, according to the research results, the study propose suggestions to junior high schools, mentors, student-teachers, teacher training institution, the government and future studies.
