高職美容科輪調式建教班學生對實習環境滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職美容科輪調式建教合作班學生對實習環境滿意度之現況,依據文獻探討及研究發現歸納成結論,提出建議,以作為高職美容科輪調式建教合作教育改進之參考。本研究針對高職美容科輪調式建教合作現況之分析,主要採取「問卷調查法」,以台灣省高職美容科輪調式建教合作班的學生為研究對象,進行問卷調查。共計發出500份,回收500份問卷,總回收率100%,剔除無效問卷30份,有效問卷回收率為94%。本研究之資料分析,採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、單一樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及雪費事後比較等統計方法。研究結果顯示: 一、高職美容科輪調式建教合作班學生對「整體實習環境滿意度」傾向於「滿意」。 二、不同居住區域的高職美容科輪調式建教合作班學生對實習環境(公司人際互動、公司安全衛生、公司經營理念、主管管理風格、公司薪資福利、公司生活照顧)滿意程度有顯著差異。 三、不同家庭組織的高職美容科輪調式建教合作班學生對實習環境(公司安全衛生)滿意程度有顯著差異。 四、不同實習區域的學生對「公司薪資福利」、「公司生活照顧」有顯著差異性。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the degree of satisfaction in practical environment of the students for the Rotary Co-operative Education Program of cosmetology department in vocational high school, and proposes the suggestions according to the literature review and research conclusion. These suggestions can be referential for the educational improvements. Focusing on the current implementation situation of the Rotary Co-operative Education Program of Cosmetology Department at Vocational High School, this research mainly employs survey method, takes students as the research subjects of the questionnaire survey. The study results are summarized in the following: 1. Rotary Co-operative Education Program tend to be satisfied with “the degree of satisfaction with overall practical environment.” 2. In the degree of satisfaction for the Rotary Co-operative Education Program, living in different regions was significantly affected by “Interpersonal Relationships of the company” “health and safety of company” “management concept of the company” “management style of the supervisor” “salary and welfare of the company” and “life care of the company.” 3. The degree of satisfaction for the Rotary Co-operative Education Program in organization of different family was significantly affected by practical environment in “health and safety of company.” 4. The students with different practical regions was significantly affected by “salary and welfare of the company” and “life care of the company”
