美容丙級技術士技能檢定規範能力指標

A Research on the competence criteria of the Class C Certified Teachnic Cosmetologyian for Skill Test Specifications

摘要


本研究旨在探討國內美容丙級技術士技能檢定之現況,並蒐集國內外文獻,分析美容從業人員須具備之專業技術能力與相關知識,以建構美容丙級技術士技能檢定規範之能力指標,以作為學校及職訓單位在推動及敎授專業美容技能時之參考。 本研究以德懷術進行,研究工具為自編之「美容丙級技術士技能檢定規範能力指標研究問卷」,共邀請九位產學領域專家學者進行來回三次德懷術問卷調查,指標構面及指標項目個別之重要程度與適切程度並進行柯-史無母數單一樣本適合度考驗。 本研究之結果顯示:在美容丙級技術士技能檢定規範能力指標中,除了構面六「手足部保養與美化」之重要程度未達顯著水準外,其餘構面的重要程度及適切程度均達顯著水準,顯示專家們看法對指標構面看法趨於一致。在指標項目方面,共發展出51項的指標項目。

This research explores the current conditions of the domestic test for Class C certified technician of cosmetology. It collects domestic and overseas literature to analyze the professional skills and knowledge that an individual in the Cosmetology industry must be equipped with, in order to establish an competence criteria for the test specifications for Class C certified technician of Cosmetology. Schools and occupational training institutes can refer to this research when promoting and instructing professional beauty skills. The Delphi technique is applied to this research, and the research tools are a self-designed questionnaire called the “Class C certified technician of Cosmetology test specifications competence criteria research uestionnaire.” Nine professional scholars in the industry were invited to take three Delphi technique questionnaires, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov one sample test was performed to find the importance and appropriacy of the index dimensions and index items. The result of this research shows that among the indexes for the Class C certified technician of Cosmetology test specifications. Except the importance level of dimension six “Beautification and care of hand and feet” not reaching significant standards, the importance and appropriacy levels of all other dimensions were significant. This shows that the experts consider more and more unanimously about the index dimensions. Among the index dimensions, a total of 51 index items were developed.
