人際發展介入方案對亞斯伯格學生共同調控能力的影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討人際發展介入對增進國中亞斯伯格學生共同調控能力的成效,並體驗人際發展介入活動內容用於國中生的可行性及調整。研究者選擇一位國中亞斯伯格學生並搭配兩位能力相當之同儕進行教學介入,採取行動研究法,透過研究參與者訪談資料、人際關係發展問卷及研究者觀察紀錄,評估個案共同調控能力之變化與進步情形。並使用自編之人際互動介入方案自我檢核表,以檢視教學活動是否符合人際互動介入方案之精神。研究者將教學活動分成初期、中期及後期三個階段,並針對各階段每個教學活動、學生表現與省思記錄進行教學修正。 研究結果發現:RDI介入方案能增進國中AS學生共同調控能力、引發學生學習興趣且類化效果佳,教師若能去除傳統權威的教學模式,和學生成為亦師亦友的關係,為學生建立一個友善的互動平台,就能建立學生人際互動自信心。   另外,根據研究結果,研究者提供RDI教學實務及對小文未來學習人際互動能力的相關建議。

This research is for the purpose of discussing the effect of RDI on co-regulation of Asperger’s syndrome students and understanding the feasibility and adjustment of applying RDI to teaching activities for junior high school students. The researcher selects an Asperger’s syndrome student, collocating with two compatible others in the same generation, on whom RDI is to be performed. The action research method is applied to evaluate the participants’ co-regulation ability and progress through interviews, RDI questionnaire and researcher observation. An RDI self-control table written by the research is also used to check whether the teaching activity accords with the marrow of RDI. The research divides the teaching process into three phases (the initial, the intermediate, and the later stages); each phase’s teaching activities, student performances and self-criticism are recorded to revise teaching. The researcher finds that RDI improves co-regulation ability of AS students in junior high school and enhances student interest, resulting good generalization. When teachers remove the traditional education model of authority, develop friend relationship with students, and build a friendly interactive platform for students, they can set students to interact better interpersonally and establish student self-confidence. In addition, the researcher provides teaching practices for RDI and related suggestions for future interpersonal interactive abilities to the case according to research results.
