摘要


職業資料結構及職業心理測驗訊息之評估研究 楊千慧 中 文 摘 要 本研究主要的目的在探討完整職業資料結構及其所包含的內容,使職業資料的建立有一定的架構可供依循;同時,嘗試結合職業心理測驗的訊息與職業資料的訊息,使職業心理測驗的使用能與職業的資訊相結合。在研究方法上,本研究由網路上蒐集四個職業資料庫,從中選出44個收錄於三個以上資料庫的職業來作為內容分析的職業樣本,經由職業資料內容中所描述的主題提取一般在呈現職業資料時所採用的職業敘述結構,並加以組織。此外,利用職業樣本在「生涯興趣量表」、「我喜歡做的事─職業興趣量表」、「通用性向測驗」、及「工作氣質測驗」這四份職業心理測驗中的資料,提取心理測驗在職業資料中所提供的客觀訊息。本研究提出的職業資料結構在職業條件的內容上包含了豐富的職業訊息,同時在結構上能夠兼顧職業決策歷程中「事」和「人」的考量觀點。而由職業心理測驗訊息的評估發現,職業心理測驗能提供的職業訊息相當豐富,然而職業資料中有關個人心理特質的部分則尚未充分利用測驗資料的訊息。最後,研究者根據研究的結果與發現加以討論,並就日後在職業資料的建立、職業心理測驗的發展及進一步研究等三方面提出建議。

The Assessment Study for Occupational Information Structure and Psychological Test Information Chien-Hui Yang Abstract The main purpose of this study was to locate what an occupational information structure should looks like, and what information should be included. So that we can find a working framework to build up occupational information database. In the mean time, this study also tried to find out the useful information of frequently used psychological tests in career counseling to discuss the possibilities of the connection between test results and occupational information. As far as the research methodology, the researcher collected four electronic occupation information database in Taiwanese Web. The 44 occupation samples which meet the condition of being in three of the four databases were chosen. The researcher analyzed the description of all the 44 occupation samples, abstracted the occupational information the data what to tell and found out the possible data structure. Besides, the researcher used the norms of these 44 occupation samples in ‘Vocational Interest Scale’, ‘Career Interest Scale’, ‘General Aptitude Test Battery’ and ‘Work Temperature Test’ to discuss the occupational information inside. The first result shows that the proposed structure contains rich occupation information, and the structure also includes both ‘occupation information’ and ‘people information’ in the consideration of occupational decision making. The other result discovers that psychological tests provide much information about occupation but these information wasn’t fully used in describing people’s psychological attributes in terms of occupation description. At last, based on the results, discussions of how to build up an occupation database, the development of psychological tests for occupational use and further research are proposed as well.
