高中生對高中圖書館推廣服務方案滿意度之研究：以臺北市立和平高中「圖書館出走」活動為例

高中圖書館的設立，以服務教職員生為主要對象，並支援教師教學活動和學生學習歷程，提供學習資源。在服務的地點、形式與內容上，因應大環境的變遷，思考未來之發展性，配合變動中的教學活動需求，應以合時宜、切實際的步調作前瞻性規劃。為拓展圖書館資訊資源的利用與各項服務，高中圖書館的經營策略，應具特殊性、靈活性、實用性等思考向度，突顯e化時代高中圖書館的角色與功能。

本論文以高中生為研究對象，進行調查研究，研究目的為：(1) 瞭解高中圖書館推廣服務方案「圖書館出走」活動的現況；(2) 探討高中生對「圖書館出走」活動之滿意情形；(3) 瞭解高中生獲知「圖書館出走」活動訊息之主要管道情形；(4) 比較不同背景高中生對「圖書館出走」活動之滿意度的差異情形。綜合研究結果，提出具體建議，以作為高中圖書館推廣服務方案的參考。

研究結果發現：(1) 高中生對「圖書館出走」活動之人員服務、閱覽服務、參與經驗的態度是滿意的。(2) 高中生獲知高中圖書館「圖書館出走」活動訊息的主要管道以經由圖書股長者最多，其次為經由同學、圖書館員、宣傳海報/宣傳單。(3)不同性別、不同類組之高中生對「圖書館出走」活動之人員服務、閱覽服務、參與經驗之滿意度無顯著差異。研究結果顯示：高中圖書館辦理推廣服務方案應突破實體空間的限制，配合師生需求，主動將教學資源配送至校園各角落，進而提供個人化資訊服務，促進師生參與，對高中生的校園生活注入另一種氛圍。

本研究依據研究結果提出以下建議：(1) 在實施推廣服務方案之前，應調查分析使用者的需求。(2) 提高使用者對推廣服務方案的參與動機。(3) 定期且持續進行推廣服務評估與發展推廣服務方案特色。(4) 設計多元化、活潑化、動態化及個人化的推廣服務方案。

Abstract

The main purpose of the study is (1) to understand the current situation of library service program and to explore the user satisfaction of the high school library program; (2) to know the methods that the students can get the information of the program; (3) to compare the satisfactory difference of the program on students who major in different field.

To achieve this purpose, the questionnaire was developed. The samples were the population of all first year of high school students.

The results are as follows:
1. The high school students satisfy this program including the faculty and reading service, and also the participation experience.
2. Students get the information of this program mostly by library-service-student of class, and then by classmates/friends and library faculties next.
3. Neither gender nor different groups reveal significant difference in satisfaction of this program.

Based on the above findings, suggestions and future studies were recommended.
