大專校院一般組羽球選手參與動機與阻礙因素之研究

A Study of Participation Motivation and Obstruction Factors of Badminton College Athletes in the General Group

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解大專校院一般組羽球選手參與動機與阻礙因素之現況，同時探討不同背景變項對參與動機與阻礙因素之差異情形，以及分析參與動機與阻礙因素之間的相關情形。本研究採問卷調查法，以參加中華民國110年全國大專校院運動會羽球分區資格賽之選手為研究對象，共回收406份有效問卷，利用SPSS for windows 23.0電腦版統計軟體，以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較及皮爾遜積差相關等方法進行資料處理分析。研究結果發現：（一）參與動機各因素得分由高至低依序為「健康適能」、「運動樂趣」、「人際關係」以及「成就需求」；阻礙因素各因素得分由高至低依序為「個人勝任」、「外在環境」以及「團隊支持」。（二）不同羽球運動啟蒙時間之選手在參與動機有顯著差異。（三）不同性別、年級、校隊年資、啟蒙時間、每周訓練時數之選手在阻礙因素有顯著差異。（四）大專校院一般組羽球選手在參與動機與阻礙因素之間呈現低度負相關。

The purpose of this study aimed to understand the current situation of the participation motivation and obstruction factors of the badminton college athletes in the general group, and to explore the differences between the participation motivation and the obstruction factors from different background variables, as well as to analyze the correlation between the participation motivation and the obstruction factors. In this study, the questionnaire method was adopted, and the sampling method was used to study the badminton college athletes from the general group in the 2021 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. A total of 406 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistical software of SPSS for the Windows 23.0 was applied to descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé method and Pearson product-moment correlation. After the data analysis, the following research results were obtained:(1) The scores of the participating motivational factors from the highest to the lowest were "healthy fitness", "exercise pleasure", "interpersonal relationships" and "achievement needs". The obstruction factors from the highest to lowest were "personal competence", "external environment" and "team support". (2) Badminton athletes with different time of the enlightenment have significant differences in participation motivation. (3) There are significant differences in the obstruction factors of badminton college athletes in the general group from genders, grades, seniority, time of the enlightenment, and the weekly training hours. (4) Badminton athletes in the general group of colleges and universities showed a low degree of negative correlation between participation motivation and obstruction factors.
