國家運動訓練中心組織溝通與工作滿意之探討-以組織氣氛為中介變項

摘要


本研究旨在探討研究國家運動訓練中心知覺組織溝通之成效,進而深入瞭解其行政人員在組織溝通、組織氣氛與工作滿意之情形,以及三個變項間相互影響的情形。以目前服務於國家運動訓練中心之行政人員為本研究之對象進行問卷調查。於2021年4月23日,採用紙本問卷進行,共收回119份問卷,以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、階層迴歸進行資料的分析,研究發現如下: 一、 國家運動訓練中心行政人員年齡分佈平均,年資集中在5年以下,學歷集中在碩士以上,體育科系與非體育科系畢業之行政人員接近平均,顯示本研究之行政人員背景來源廣泛。 二、 國家運動訓練中心行政人員知覺「組織溝通」、「組織氣氛」皆屬於中上水準,「工作滿意」亦屬於中高水準,顯示其行政人員在此三方面感受良好。 三、 國家運動訓練中心組織溝通、組織氣氛與工作滿意之間具有中度以上正相關,顯示三者具有顯著關聯性。 四、 組織氣氛在組織溝通對工作滿意之間具有中介效果。 基此,國訓中心在組織運作管理方面應以目前的方向為基礎,持續精進,做更為縝密的計畫執行,並且創造輕鬆和諧的組織氣氛,讓成員感受自己備受重視以及關心,認為服務於國訓中心是最佳的選擇。

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of perceptual organizational communication in the National Sports Training Center, and to further understand the situation of its administrative staff in organizational communication, organizational climate and job satisfaction, as well as the interaction of the three variables. A questionnaire survey was conducted with the administrative staff currently serving in the National Sports Training Center as the object of the study. On April 23, 2021, paper questionnaires were used. A total of 119 questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson product difference correlation, and class regression. The findings are as follows: 1. The administrative staff of the National Sports Training Center have an average age distribution. The seniority is concentrated in less than 5 years, and the degree is higher than master's degree. The administrative staff of physical education and non-sports majors are close to the average, which shows that the administrative staff in this study has a wide range of backgrounds. 2. The administrative staff of the National Sports Training Center perceive that "organizational communication" and "organizational atmosphere" are both at the upper-middle level, and "job satisfaction" is also at the upper-middle level, showing that their administrative staff feel good in these three aspects. 3. The National Sports Training Center's organizational communication, organizational climate, and job satisfaction have a moderately or more positive correlation, showing that the three have a significant correlation. 4. The organizational climate has an intermediary effect between organizational communication and job satisfaction. Based on this, the National Training Center should be based on the current direction in the organization, operation and management, continue to improve, make more detailed plan execution, and create a relaxed and harmonious organizational atmosphere, so that members feel that they are valued and cared about. Serving the National Training Center is the best choice.
