With the research method of Self-Narrative, the researcher organized the adventure education course experiences and documents to explore the meaning and influence of the long-term adventure education on her self-awareness. The aware process evoked the connection of the emotional memory with her mom. She started to deconstruct the relationship in order to find the new meaning. Furthermore, the researcher concluded that the adventure education experiences expanded the thickness and resilience of life, became the nutrient of life, also be the power to move forward. After going through self-awareness, the researcher recognized the importance of emotions, and will patiently accompany the inner child in order to get near the conflicted heart. Finally, the researcher gave some suggestions for the students who have the adventure education experiences and the graduate student who are willing to write self-narrative research.
