主權財富基金與外拓型國家：以中國投資責任公司為例

摘要

本文是以當前商業全球化為前提來作為文章的背景，探討目前在國際政治經濟
上被熱烈討論的議題，主權財富基金，本文用發展型國家與重商主義作為理論依據，
併用中國的主權基金中國投資責任公司做例子，以中投公司的投資標地配合上中國
國家戰略來解釋本文所提出的概念”外拓型國家”。
