加壓式雙動力缸γ-型史特林引擎性能之數值與實驗研究

摘要


本研究係使用數值分析研究一部雙動力汽缸,可加壓式的γ-型史特林引擎,我們並製造出一部原型引擎以校正一些數值程式中的參數。此引擎密封於一壓力外殼內,因此引擎可加壓空氣或氦氣到10大氣壓力,而引擎的動力是透過一對磁偶合穿過壓力外殼輸出,結果包括引擎循環中膨脹室和壓縮室容積、溫度、壓力、以及熱傳率的變化,影響引擎性能的四個重要的幾何與運轉參數對引擎的效率與功率的影響。本論文的結果對設計具有類似結構的γ-型史特林引擎非常有幫助。

In this study, the performance of a γ-type Stirling engine has been investigated numerically. The engine is housed inside a pressure vessel which can be charged with air or helium up to 10 bars, and the power output of the engine is transmitted through the wall of the pressure vessel via a pair of magnetic couplings. The results include the variations of volumes, temperatures, and heat transfer rates in the expansion and compression chambers of the engine. The effects of three important geometrical and operation parameters on engine performance have also been examined. The results in this paper are very useful for the design of a new γ-type Stirling engine.
