高功率密度車用電源轉換器之研究與實現

High power density of the vehicle power supply

摘要


本文研究將探討、並研製兩種(隔離與非隔離)小型薄型化之車用電源轉換器(總功率各別為80W與95W)。利用現今電源產品主流的交換式電源技術,來達成產品輕薄、短小化之實踐。隔離式車載電源轉換器電路為推挽式拓樸架構,採薄型化設計,其電路架構優點為在低壓輸入車載電源轉換器規格上可選用比其它電路拓樸更低耐壓之開關元件(2倍輸入電壓),可降低零件成本,另外,其磁通在雙磁區之間操作特性,比同功率、開關頻率操作的單磁區電路拓樸,有更小的變壓器體積,其產品之長、寬度為132(L)*60(W) mm ,厚度僅13(H) mm,功率密度為0.78W/cm3,比一般市售的隔離式車載電源轉換器(100W, Size: 125L*50W*31.5H,Power density: 0.51W/cm3),有更高的功率密度。而在非隔離式車載電源轉換器方面,其主輸出(19V)以升壓含同步整流拓樸電路架構設計,因無變壓器元件隔離,故除了減少變壓器所佔的產品本身空間外,也使得非隔離式車載電源轉換器有更少的零件損耗,且由於零件損耗降低,產品溫升也跟隨著降低,轉換器效率也被提升了,因此在合理的溫升可靠度下,產品體積可更小,其功率密度更可達1.55W/cm3,尺寸更僅為65(L)*47(W)*20(H)。另外,本論文研製的隔離與非隔離之車用電源轉換器本身除了提供19V的筆記型電腦供電電壓,還提供一組USB介面的5V供電電壓,電路為非隔離降壓電路所構成,可提供車用多媒體電子產品(例如:車用衛星導航、行車紀錄器、手機等)充電使用,產品整體功率密度遠高於目前業界同規格市售產品功率密度。

In this thesis two small thin car power adapter was explored. The isolated and non-isolated adaptor power rating was 80W and 95W respectively. The push-pull topology was used for isolated power converter order to satisfy thin design. The size of this power converter was 132 (L) * 60 (W) mm and thickness was 13 (H) mm. In non-isolated power converter, boost topology with synchronous rectification was utilized. The size of this power converter was 65 (L) * 47 (W) * 20 (H) mm.
