電磁水閥設計之流場模擬分析與田口方法應用

摘要


電磁水閥在產業界乃為因應客戶的個別需求且講求時效的一種產品設計;因此利用電腦輔助設計模擬的方式以取代已往的試誤法,修改其中參數值以符合設計需求,為當前最有效且經濟的方法。本研究乃應用計算流體動力(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)商業套裝軟體來模擬電磁水閥流場的狀態,並以田口方法(Taguchi method)來探討各可信賴參數對電磁水閥的性能影響;依照規範需求下,其結果顯示,當入口壓力會有不同的變化,而其出口流量仍需保持在某一定範圍的條件下,則出口的孔徑及節流器的適宜設定,是電磁水閥最重要的設計參數,並符合客戶的功能需求。

Altering the design parameters of a solenoid valve to meet the customer’s request is usually to urge a factory to develop their new products. In this study, Taguchi method is used to analyze the affected parameters of valve function and performance, to reduce the experimental complexities, and to increase the reliability of simulations. In order to utilize a computer simulation instead of the try and error method is provided the efficiency and economical procedure to accomplish the object of requirement. It applied the Computational Fluid Dynamic software (CFD) to simulate characteristics of fluid flow inner the valve. Base on the requirement, during different input pressure retains the output for a constant flow volume; the results show that appropriate setting for the inside diameters of output pipe and flow regulator is the most significant parameters on solenoid valve designing.
