本研究係因有關於太陽能電池片於壓合前,所有於基底上方的電池片(以下稱為PV模組)做顯像檢查;但其基底材質為玻璃,進入取像區域時玻璃本身變形的問題,所取影像亦變形。造成人員判斷不易的問題產生。為使模組於取像區域不變形,且可取到清晰的影像,利用ANSYS分析,求出玻璃變形量與取像時對比指標,進而提升取像時的品質。因而加入中心橫桿機構,解決人員於各電池片的微裂及受損的判斷上更加容易;以提升企業產能上的幫助。
