論近年來因電子技術和微處理機的進步,使得無碳刷的損耗、不須經常維護、效率高等優點,所以讓無刷直流馬達(Brushless DC Motor)的控制更容易,已漸取代傳統直流馬達(DC Motor)。因傳統直流馬達的驅動控制容易,所以早期的工業界中,非常受到歡迎,但它的碳刷損耗、須經常維護、效率低等缺點。本研究利用無刷直流馬達之控制,在結合模糊控制理論來產生脈波寬調變之大小,以控制馬達的轉速,然而使用微處理機控制,其缺點較設計繁雜,因此本研究以數位訊號處理器(Digital Signal Processor)驅動直流無刷馬達之設計,使用德州儀器(TI)所生產的TMS320LF2407之單晶片再配合CCS 3.3(Code Composer Studio 3.3)軟體,以實現無刷直流馬達驅動之設計。

In this study, the use of brushless DC motor control, in the combination of fuzzy control theory to generate the size of pulse-width modulation to control the motor speed, but the use of microprocessor control, the design of complicated than its shortcomings, this study Digital Signal Processor brushless DC motor drive design, the use of TI by the production of single-chip TMS320LF2407 combined with CCS 3.3 software, in order to achieve brushless DC motor-driven design.
