近年來,如何檢測工具機之誤差並提升五軸CNC工具機之性能為一大重要課題,因此各國積極開發專用或泛用的檢測系統。隨著科技進步以及政府的推動下,物聯網、雲計算、工業機器人、人工智慧等技術,將徹底改變我們現在的生活。隨著這些技術蓬勃發展,各家廠商明顯意識到未來之趨勢,工業4.0的概念應運而生,各家廠商也將這些技術進行整合。 本研究隨著這趨勢,針對已在市面上銷售之檢測儀器NON-BAR,透過嵌入式系統進行改良,以聯發科研發之開發板LinkIt Smart 7688 Duo為主軸,目的使其代替PC進行運算,並更換NON-BAR之訊號模組中的ADC模組,使其與更換後的訊號轉換模組進行溝通,減少耗電問題,解析度可達0.19 μm。本研究使用Arduino及透過OpenWrt使用Python撰寫出量測與控制之系統,並將量測數據上傳雲端平台作為物聯網之橋梁。
Nowadays, many countries develop specialized or general measurement systems actively because how to measure the errors and improve the performance of five-axis machine tool is an important issue. With the advance of science and technology and promotion of the government, internet of things, cloud computing, industrial robotics, artificial intelligence and other technologies will change our current lives thoroughly. With the development of these technologies, many companies have obviously observed the future trends. Therefore, the concept of Industry 4.0 came into being and many companies start to integrate these technologies. This research followed the trend of Industry 4.0 to improve the commercial measurement instrument (NON-BAR) through an embedded system, MTK LinkIt Smart 7688 Duo, which is to replace PC for data calculation, uploading, and storage. Furthermore, the reduction of power consumption was also successfully accomplished by changing the ADC module of the NON-BAR system. The resolution of the proposed system is about 0.13μm. This research used Arduino and Python to build both measurement and control system. Furthermore, the measured data could be uploaded to a cloud platform which is the bridge of internet of things.
