後備軍人對教育召集執行滿意度之研究-以嘉義後備旅為例

摘要


後備動員力量為我國現今國防轉型後,持續維持國防力量之重要因素,檢視各先進國家中,仍不斷精進動員制度與發展,足以顯示具有相當重要程度。在現行各項動員方式中,以教育召集為天數最長亦較頻繁之召集方式,應召員對於軍中所提供之教育、訓練、設施、領導統御及服務等內容感受,可瞭解此次召集任務成敗與效果。因此,如何提升召訓單位教育成效便成為各後備部隊首要的執行目標。 本研究以嘉義後備旅為研究對象,設計問卷調查應召員就此次教育召集執行滿意度,以問卷對國防政策、裝備生活設施、教育訓練、伙食、領導方式、福利設施、執行後感想等構面之滿意度做調查,並利用SPSS軟體進行資料分析。調查結果發現:滿意度最低者的構面為伙食,滿意度介於「普通」與「不滿意」之間。滿意度最高者為教育訓練,其次為領導方式與福利設施,滿意度皆介於「滿意」與「普通」之間。最後依研究結果,提出相關建議及感想,供爾後召集執行單位作為參考,並不斷持續精進,以提升教育召集訓練成效。

Military reserve force is one of the most important factors in maintaining defense capability after the military transformation in Taiwan. In this paper, a questionnaire approach is used to investigate reservists’ satisfaction on education recall. Reservists of Chaiyi Reserve Regiment are selected as the research subject and their actual feeling on education recall are surveyed in the following dimensions: defense policy, equipment & facility, educational training, food, leadershipstyle, service facility, and training reflection. The results of this study show that the lowest level of satisfaction is in “food” dimension with average score of 2.86 which is between “fair” and “unsatisfied”. The highest level of satisfaction is in “education training” dimension, the level of satisfaction is between“fair” and“satisfied”.
