目標設定、自我效能與自我調整對學習成效之影響

摘要


數位學習已成為數位時代中一股重要的風潮,被廣泛應用於學校教育與企業訓練之中。然而目前數位學習之相關研究多著重於系統功能、課程設計以及系統成效之探討,較少從學習者之特質瞭解數位學習之成效。為瞭解在數位學習環境中,學習者之學習風格、信心、自我調整與目標等特質如何影響其學習成效。本研究愈探討學習者的學習風格、目標設定、自我效能、自我調整對於學習成效之影響,以作為提供未來輔導證照課程教學之參考依據。研究對象為中部某國立科技大學一年級修習「證照輔導課程」之學生。利用問卷調查法所蒐集之資料以SmartPLS 2.0與SPSS 20軟體進行分析以檢驗研究構面之信、效度與研究假說。最後,針對研究結果結合理論與文獻討論研究意涵,並提供未來研究上之建議。

E-learning has widely adopted in education and company training. However, most current related e-learning studies focused on investigating system functions, course design, and effectiveness of learning systems, few studies engaged in understanding the learning effectiveness from the perspective of the learners’ individual characteristics. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of learners' learning styles, goal setting, self-efficacy, and self-regulation on learning effectiveness in the e-learning environment. This study conducted a paper survey for collecting data, and students who were e-learning systems users served as examples. Data obtained from 66 valid respondents from a University in Taiwan. For testing theoretical hypotheses, structure equation modeling (SEM) was conducted using maximum likelihood estimation. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 20 and SmartPLS 2.0 to examine reliability, validity, and research hypotheses. The findings of this study found that goal setting, self-efficacy, and self-regulation have significant impacts on the learning effectiveness. Research findings are hoped to help encourage instructors to consider learners’ individual characteristics in earning processes to improve learning effectiveness.
