本研究以Davis et al.(1989)所提出之科技接受模式與DeLone & McLean(1992)提出之資訊成功模式為理論基礎,建構出本研究之研究架構,並以問卷調查法進行研究,探討雲林縣國小特教教師對於特殊教育通報系統之知覺有用性、知覺易用性、系統品質、資訊品質與使用意願之現況與相關情形,並進行不同背景之教師對特殊教育通報系統之知覺有用性、知覺易用性、系統品質、資訊品質之差異分析。 本研究總計發出171份問卷,回收之有效問卷156份,回收率91.23%,問卷所蒐集之資料使用統計分析軟體SPSS 20 for windows進行資料分析與假設檢定。主要的研究發現如下: 一、雲林縣國小特教教師普遍認同「特殊教育通報系統」,並願意繼續使用。 二、不同性別、年齡、學歷、服務班型、特教背景、擔任職務、教學年資與學校規模的教師在特殊教育通報系統的知覺有用性、知覺易用性、系統品質、資訊品質上沒有顯著差異存在。 三、不同的使用特殊教育通報系統經歷在知覺易用性上有顯著差異存在。 四、雲林縣國小特教教師的知覺有用性與知覺易用性會影響本身使用「特殊教育通報系統」的使用意願,與科技接受理論相符。 五、雲林縣國小特教教師的系統品質與資訊品質會影響本身使用「特殊教育通報系統」的使用意願,與資訊系統成功模式理論相符。 六、知覺有用性與知覺易用性表現出顯著中度正相關。 七、系統品質與資訊品質表現出顯著高度正相關。
The research framework of this study is based on Technology Acceptance Model of Davis et al. (1989) and Information Systems Success Model of DeLone & McLean (1992). The method of questionnaire survey was used to explore the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, system quality, information quality and intention to use for elementary school special education teachers in Yunlin County towards Special Education Transmission System, and to understand the difference among teachers of different backgrounds. 171 questionnaires were issued for this study, and 156 were valid. The rate of recovery was 91.23%. SPSS 20 for Windows was used to analyze the data and to examine the hypothesis. The main findings are as follows: 1.Elementary school special education teachers in Yunlin County generally agree with Special Education Transmission System and are willing to keep using it. 2.There is no significant difference in the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, system quality and information quality for teachers with different backgrounds, such as gender, age, educational background, class pattern, special education background, occupational position, years of teaching and school size. 3.There is major significant difference in the perceived ease of use for the different using experience of Special Education Transmission System. 4.The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use for elementary school special education teachers in Yunlin County towards Special Education Transmission System has influence on their intention to use. This result conforms to Technology Acceptance Model. 5.The system quality and information quality for elementary school special education teachers in Yunlin County towards Special Education Transmission System has influence on their intention to use. This result conforms to Information Systems Success Model. 6.It shows above-average positive correlation between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 7.It shows high positive correlation between system quality and information quality.
