供應鏈(Supply Chain)的發展與企業經營管理及資訊系統的進步密不可分。早期企業強調以大規模的生產方式來降低生產成本,較不考慮市場因素,且生產與製造缺乏彈性的情況下,企業在面對市場需求波動時大多以增加庫存量來解決問題,很少考慮工廠與倉庫之配銷規劃。故企業為了提升競爭力與客戶之服務品質,對於如何設計出一個有效又正確的配銷網路(Distribution Network)模型,已成為企業首要之目標。在此為前提下,本研究針對Amiri(2006)所提出之配銷網路模型進行研究,發現其非必要之變數太多以及倉庫容量在某些情況下,會使得此配銷網路模型在計算配送數量時產生不合理之現象,故本研究將其配銷網路模型重新建構,刪除非必要之變數與解決不合理之計算配送數量上的問題,並利用拉氏鬆弛法(Lagrangian Relaxation,LR)發展了一套演算法的求解機制,有效求解其問題。
The development of a supply chain system strongly correlates with the progress of enterprise management and information systems. At the early stage, the enterprises emphasized the production in large-scale rather than market factors to reduce the production cost. Under such circumstances, the production is less flexible. The enterprises deal with the fluctuation of the market demand via the increment of the stock. They seldom take the plan of distribution of factory and stock into account. To be more competitive and improve the quality of service, they have to design an efficient and correct distribution network model as their first target. Our research focus on the distribution network model conducted by Amiri(2006). Under certain circumstances, we found that too many of the variables and the capacity would lead to the wrong results. We reconstruct the model by a new algorithm based on Lagrangian relaxation to solve the problem.
